A 14 day exchange window for in-store credit only is predatory and not consumer friendly in the slightest. Having said credit only be provided on a paper receipt with 1 year validity is embarrassing and a clear indicator of prioritising a balance sheet over customer experiences.
How is a customer supposed to use that credit in that timeframe if you barely have any stock in store?
The staff are unhelpful and the formation of queues for a half empty store is beyond cringe.
Celebrating 20 years of END? I’ll celebrate when it goes under.

In-store returns can take a little longer, as they're sent back to us in bulk. Please allow up to 7–10 working days for the parcel to reach our Returns HQ, and a further 7 working days for processing.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed. Refunds typically take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
If you've requested an exchange, a new order will be created—unless the item is out of stock, in which case a refund will be issued. (Please note: if you paid with Klarna or Afterpay, we can only issue a refund.)

Ordering & delivery was good. But product has issues! Bought watch for night light time viewing. But when press light on time is obscured by the lettering END! Pointless having the watch. I have several watches but no light on. But this one waste of time having light. Timex T-80. 😡
