Jay - very helpful & a great store with great stock
Was browsing the stock, looking for a specific pair of bottoms, Jay came over to speak to me and helped me order them into store to try with absolutely no charge. He was really helpful on sizing too. He was a top guy who also helped my girlfriend with a set she liked and found different sizes to try.
Would highly recommend END. Newcastle because of their staff & how helpful they are plus their variation in brands and styles.

Misleading Description
Item was described as embroidery, when received it was printed on. Misrepresented description, false and misleading. It's was like they don't even bother to check or cross reference their products.
Paid almost $2,000AUD for the item plus customs duties and taxes added an additional $500AUD.
Why is it that other companies can add Duties and Taxes into their prices and pay for it on the customers behalf, yet END refuses too and makes the buyer pay? Really bad experience and will NEVER be buying from END every again.
Better to use SENSE or FARFETCH.

We understand how frustrating these additional charges can feel, especially on higher-value purchases, but this approach is standard for how we currently ship to certain regions and isn’t something we’re able to adjust on a case-by-case basis.
