After my order went missing with the courier I emailed sara at enchanted essiestianl. Sara wad extremely helpful and sent me to more items. I received these within a couple of days with a couple of bonus gifts. Would really recommend this site to everyone. Great bargains. The communication ended up be really good. I havnt received an email to update me on my purchase. I still havnt received items and have no idea when they are due to arrive

Hello Zena, Thank you for your review, after looking in to this matter on the same day we recieved your correspondence, it was a fault with the courier service not the company, since then I have sent new items out which you should receive in the next day or two. I am sorry you are so disappointed with our service as I try to go above and beyond for all my customers, unfortunately once our items are in the couriers possession it is out of my control, but i do try and rectify issues ASAP.
