After writing a review on Trust Pilot complaining earrings I had ordered as a present on 20th January had never arrived, they have finally arrived today! Enamour ignored my emails chasing order and finally advised they had been sent a couple of days ago. Why didn't they just send an email in the first place apologising for the delay instead of making me think like other reviewers on Trust Pilot that I had waved goodbye to my money.
Earrings by the way are quite pretty!

I ordered an £85 necklace. After 10 days still no necklace. I emailed them 3 times no reply! I have contacted my bank as this is obviously a scam!! DO NOT ORDER from this company as they will take your money but the items you never receive!!!

Same issue as many below. Product not delivered and no response to emails so far and its been 3 weeks....

If no stars were a choice they would had scored zero. Money paid no goods received despite fob off promises.
This was to be a Christmas gift. Thank you for ruining that.

I placed an order on the 8th December, received the generic response regarding confirmation of order and that dispatch is usually within 3-5 working days. Gave them 15 working days to send out my order, emailed them multiple times just to receive nothing… no order or response to my emails. I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase and next time I will stick to companies I know. I have had to raise an issue with Klarna as I paid through them. I strongly advise against anyone ordering from them

Don’t order from this website. Unfortunately I never received the item I ordered and paid for 4 weeks ago, I have emailed 3 times with no response. I will try get a refund via credit card company.

100% certified scam, and I'll explain why:

This company buys cheap jewellery from shops like Temu and sells it on at much higher prices.

The products they send don't match the images or descriptions.

They will never accept returns as they sneakily state in the returns policy that sale items cannot be returned, while "conveniently" having every item listed at a reduced price.

After writing one review already, battling with yodel to post my item and having no luck getting in touch with the company, as they do not reply to their emails, I felt it was appropriate to leave another review! The worst company I have brought from and clearly a scam. I didn’t think to read through the reviews before, as they looked reputable, however my parcel was over a month late. I tried to contact the company on several occasions but no luck. There was no tracking information originally or no conformation email. I emailed them to say I would take legal action and I contacted the bank to refund me my money, which they did. Then that day I received an email to say my product would be delivered, for 3 days I kept being told it would be delivered that day. I battled with Yodel and finally received the parcel today and instead was a cheap looking pair of earrings that were completely different to the £76 pair of pearl earrings I brought originally. I’ve also tried to reach out on their social media and they do not answer. Do not buy from this company! I had to sort it out with the bank.

It’s a scam. Don’t fall for this trap.

I ordered a bracelet, they sent me a completely different one. They don't respond to emails anymore. They don't provide tracking of the goods. Terrible attitude towards customers. I don't recommend.

After reading the reviews on here, I was very worried that my order would not show up. I was never sent any tracking information but my order has just turned up after 10 days. It definitely is not worth the price I paid and does not look dainty and delicate like in the picture. I ordered the Forest Drop necklace and it was £65. I would not order from this website again!

SCAM COMPNANY, Do not order. I got charged, but did not receive order.

Eventually received the bracelet after threatening legal action on Wednesday the 9th of July and then received it on the Monday after. It was only posted on the 12th when I received another email from them responding to the legal action on the same day. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Ordered a pair of earrings as a gift for my wife, and she absolutely loved them. The detail and finish are amazing. Fast delivery too. Highly recommend Enamour for thoughtful gifts

Purchased a bracelet for my granddaughters birthday which did not arrive. No response to emails, private messages telephone number is not in use. Absolutely a SCAM taking people's money and no items recieved

Ordered earrings (£35) for a wedding. No email received to confirm dispatch (as stated in purchase email). Two weeks, two enquiry emails and a direct message via Facebook later and I have still heard nothing. No reply from this company at all and no sign of the earrings. What a dreadful company. Avoid at all costs.

If i coudl I would give you ZERO. SCAM. they dont reply to emails and the phone number doesnt work.Still waiting on a bracelet which was for a gift which now no longer needed as you didnt deliver when you said you would. I wish I had never ordered from you.
