I had a car accident the beginning of August, I was sent to Enablephysio and treated by Sri.At the start of my treatment I was in so much pain with my neck, back and shoulders, so stiff, I could hardly move, Sri was really understanding and knew what she was doing, after 8 session with hands on treatment and exercises to do, I am nearly pain free, I would definitely recommend Sri she was amazing.

I was in an accident on the 28th of April where I gained many issues such as my left shoulder being stiff and sever neck and lower back pain which made my life harder. I had 7 sessions as I didn’t need the full 8 due to how amazing mohit was with me feeling better than I did before the accident by the end of the sessions. The stretches not only helped with the pain I was experiencing but also helped with my overall flexibility which has resulted in me being able to touch my toes which I originally was unable to go past my knees. Throughout my sessions, mohit helped immensely by explaining everything in detail which helped me grasp a better understanding on what was wrong while coming off as friendly and comforting. You can tell he loves his job and is a credit to his company!

Sri was excellent at our physio sessions, incredible effective at her job and friendly personality.

The treatment I received from Chaitanya was excellent! His knowledge and diagnosis of the issues that I had really was second to none.
I would definitely book again in future if I have any further issues.

I contacted Beneden Health with a lower back and ankle problem, they contacted Enable Physios of Cardiff. Who in turn contacted me and arranged for me to have treatment with Sri who is one of their therapists.
The treatment was of course painful to begin with, but three weeks later I am 95% improved.

My physio was Mohit... he showed an extensive knowledge of my injuries and what to do next... very pleasant and made me feel at ease.
Physio was very productive and helped me get back my active lifestyle.

Started with Ezhilarasu who was amazing and really helped.
Sadly changed and had a really bad experience so much so told my employer I did not want further sessions.
New physio asked me 3 times when I was having an MRI though it was in my notes I had that 6 months prior
Advised by consultant it was a disc problem yet she insisted it was hamstring and tried to treat that 🤷‍♂️
One session was just ten min when my employer had paid for full session
Just wish I could have stayed under the care of Ezhilarasu

I had my physiotherapy treatments Mohit Sen because I had problems with my shoulder, neck and lower back. Throughout our session he helped me recover as well giving me advice on how to deal with the pain. The sessions were comfortable and I felt safe. The session lasted over the course of a month and now I feel a lot better and feel like my range of movements improved greatly.
