The company's history goes back to 2013, when Alex Zinchenko, the founder of the company, attempted to make a musical instrument from a gas tank in his garage. It was one of the first steel tongue drums ( tank drum ) made by Alex. Today, Kosmosky has two production facilities with an area of 530 m², a music studio, and an office that turns into a space for gigs, jams, and sound practices at night. Kosmosky is one of the world leaders in the steel tongue drum and handpan production. Over the 10 years the company has been running its business, its team has manufactured 25,000 instruments and sent them to customers from 65 countries around the globe. Kosmosky's collection of drum models includes double-side tank drums, two-tones and newtones, steel tongue drums with a wooden body, stainless steel and nitrided steel handpans, and, of course, the new series of New Wave tongue drums that can be connected to sound amplifying equipment. Steel tongue drums and handpans are modern musical instruments for relaxation, creativity, and thinking development. They are the instruments that can be played without musical education and training. They have a special sound, deliver harmony and tranquility. The sound of these instruments helps relieve stress, increase your mood, and create an atmosphere of peace. Many people use them to practise yoga, sound healing and meditation. And most importantly, these instruments sound harmoniously in anyone's hands: from a young child's to a professional musician's. We know that your inner state is the key to everything. We dream that playing our steel tongue drums will make millions of people reach the state of harmony and peace. Kosmosky is an entire universe with a team of 50 people, as well as ambassadors and partners around the world. Since 2013, we have been making musical instruments, teaching children and adults, organizing and performing concerts, doing meditations and charity work, writing music, and inspiring people to be creative. We play our instruments ourselves and therefore it is important for us to make a high quality product. For 10 years of conducting experiments, we have created several unique tank drum models that are versatile in their usage. Absolute lack of communication
Payment was submitted on 12/22/24. I have tried to get an answer from them regarding tracking number at least. Not one word back. They were really good at communicating before the payment was submitted. No drum yet as of today 01/09/2025. No tracking number, no answer. I understand the holidays were there when my order was placed, but communication will give clients peace of mind.

We did have an 11 days’ holidays period, during this time we were keeping our activity low.
In the midst of the Christmas/New Year rush I didn’t remind you that yours was a custom order and took 4 weeks to be created, I am apologizing for this; just did not think you would expect your drum to arrive sooner.
We do our best to provide excellent customer service, but sometimes we do fail (just being human and also with so much to be still optimized in our work).

I received my bass drum today and it's a great instrument. The sound is deep, beautiful and inspiring. It arrived according to plan and I'm a happy customer. Kosmosky really did a great work, the customer service is excellent and I strongly recommend. This was a very positive buying experience from the beginning to the end.

I was a little hesitant to order something so far away, but these drums came very highly recommended. I was pleasantly surprised to get it within a couple weeks of ordering. I absolutely love my New Wave 15
I absolutely love my New Wave 15! The ordering process was smooth & delivery was sooner than I expected which was a nice surprise. As soon as I opened the box I was in love. The color and look of the tongue drum was better than the photos. The sound is just incredible!!! My husband who is never interested in any type of instrument can't stop playing it! Every time he passes by it, he stops to play it. This is really very unlike him so I consider this tongue drum to be very special! I have been practicing my first song and trying to perfect it before I take it to play for my dad who recently had a bad fall and lost a good portion of his memory. I am so happy that I found the Kosmosky team and so happy that I now have one of their New Wave 15's! I can't praise it enough!
