The best place to get parts for Japanese motorcycles! Pricing is usually less than half of USA distributors, selection is vast, parts are OEM original, shipping to US is affordable and they charge the exact shipment price - no estimating or rounding-up.

I have ordered a part for a Honda VFR which was available on the site. The order of about 300€ was canceled the next day, because the part was no more available. I had to ask after more than one week for refund, and Impex applied a fee for Paypal payment of 20€. As a customer, I do not have to support the inconsequence of their site and ordering system.

Disappointing service. After ordering received new message saying there was an increase in postage costs. Wanted more than double original shipping quote to send. Parcel weight has been overestimated when I weighed the parcel myself. Dishonest practice which judging by Google reviews seems a common occurrence. Proceed with caution if you intend to buy from the company.

I ordered on the 14 Feb 2023 and paid immediate full amount and a day later 15 Feb 2023 ordered that I have to pay more which I paid with proof that it did credited their account. now 02 March 2023 still NO indication that anything going to reach me ever since.
Extremely poor for a organisation that sell TOP name bike parts.

Good experience. I was unsure after reading the reviews but I gave it a try. Ordered the parts (used) and paid for everything, in a few days i got a message to pay an additional amount for the shipping, nothing outrageous. In one week i got the package, no damage with everything well protected inside. Overall got the parts i wanted for 1/4 the price i woud pay in europe or using other shops. Would recommend.

Au début l'utilisation du site est un peu déroutante mais quand on a compris le principe c'est TOP!!!!
Voici comment se déroule une commande:
1) Remplissez votre panier
2) Payez le panier, a cet instant les frais de port ne sont pas encore connus, ça viendra plus tard!
3) Attendez quelques jours que votre commande arrive dans leur entrepôt, vous aurez une notification.
4) Déclenchez l'envoi et payez les frais de port.

Vous pouvez également passer plusieurs commandes et attendre quelles soient toutes arrivées a l’entrepôt avant de déclencher l'envoi groupé.

Note: Une fois votre panier payé (Étape 2), vous vous engagez a payer les frais de port. Aucune annulation ne sera possible.

Pour ma part j'ai trouvé et commandé plein de pièces de moto anciennes chez eux!

Great experience for me. Opened an acct. sign in sent message asking if what I wanted was in stock or able to get. Sent order in and paid for Items waited a week or 2... paid for shipping after they notified me.....3 days later was at my door step. Parts were Impossible to get in US FedEx. Expensive but worth it. Thank You to Impex!!

excellent, pay for parts, wait for them to come into stock, put together a shipment, pay shipment and parts are sent. 7 days to Australia with DHL. loving it.

Should have read these reviews before I sent my money to Impex. I have had the same experience as everyone else. I agreed to the price and freight, sent the money, then they wanted more for bank fees and a higher price is now quoted for the part. This seems to be how they operate their business, get you in with reasonable prices & freight then charge more.

Comunication is the first step in every buisines.
Reading the reviews here made me decide to start a comunication with Impex anyway.
From the first mail they respond within the 24 hours and gave me all the info and confidance I was looking for.
After some mails we finalised the +1000 dollar order and with in 1 week we received all the parts in my shop with none error!!
Everthing fits and we made our engine like new for the best price on the internet!!
For me there is no other for these type of pruducts!
Thank you Impex we r looking forward for our next project and our next order!!

PROFESSIONAL CHEATERS.
First they charged for the goods I ordered.
A few days later they charged for the shipping
After I had paid everything, they informed me that they want more money or they won't ship the goods...
I wonder whether I will ever receive the goods that I ordered.

Buy at your own risk.
Felt cheated after their website change my motorcycle order from a stator into a rotor.
Wrote to them with screenshots of their website requesting me to pay for it. But they denied it and not willing to let me return it or change my order.
End up buying a useless piece of rotor for 400USD which i had no use for.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

They sell items that they don't really have. Then, they cancel the order and give you a credit.
If you ask for a refund, you need to wait 180 days (so you lose paypal . Then, if you ask a refund, they'll charge 5000yen for bank fees (about 46 dollars) and administrative fees.

Only PayPal saved me from the scam.

Don't wast your money nor your time, this is the worst online shopping experience i ever have, they just keep asking for more payment and information that make no senses and will never ship your other. they keep in contact just to gain time to finally keep with your money is a complete fraudulent business.

Good company, respond very quickly and honest to deal with.

I wouldn’t recommend Impex Japan at all

Impex does not package the contents well . When my parts were delivered damaged, the Impex shipping department refused to file a claim with the shipping company so you will be SOL. I was not asking for the total package contents, just the damage items be exchanged or covered. It was a small fraction of the total contents. They offered to cover 10% of the damaged items. 10% ? What a ridiculous offer.
Shop at the other sights who offer better business practices.

Supplément que j'ai payé des les premiers message mais rien de plus le même message à la même heure.
J'ai essayé de les joindre IMPOSSIBLE.
J'ai essayé d'envoyer un mail IMPOSSIBLE.
NE FAITE PAS CONFIANCE !!!!
