They tried to make the biggest game and made some mstakes along the way, i dont see any other companies commiting to such large scale, 7 years+ long projects. Cut them some slack ya bunch o ****

I waited years for this game that was over hyped for how ground breaking it would be. I was told the universe and story would be so expansive, but everything was just below average. Even the story itself without the bugs and glitches was a poorly told, faux edgy tale about nothing. Just being forced to watch dialogue between characters you dont care about.
Finally one thing that I love about open world games is the ability to create and customise characters. But in this I found it was very minimal, colours didn't look correct and to too it off for majority of the game you dont even see your character.

Cyberpunk was initially a disappointment to old gen console owners like myself. At first I found the game literally unplayable, everything was so dark and out of focus. However the updates from a couple weeks back fixed a ton of the issues (but there still is a bit to go in terms of graphics & clearity for PS4). But CDPR are good in my book. They refunded people out of their own pockets and let you keep the game. They basically gave everyone a free game that they are continuing to work on (via updates) along with releasing free DLC's in the future. What's not to like here?

To me they showed that they care and took responsibility. I would 100% buy from them in the future again. And bad graphics or not the game's story is epic.

Avoid at all costs, they do not honor refunds.

What a crap game you guys have made. I am playing on ps5 and even I am not happy. Game looks ugly, empty streets, no other cars on the lanes, stupid ai... Do I need to go on? This game is one big disappointment!! Never buying anything again from you guys! Boe!

Good place to get scammed, the management have no integrity or credibility.

Cyberpunk mi è piaciuto veramente tanto, di solito è difficile che io scriva una recensione.
È di gran lunga molto meglio di altri titoli.
Dispiace che all'uscita di un capolavoro così ci siano state delle complicazioni, perché già speravo in un continuo.
Ho visto molte critiche che si son basate principalmente sulla parte tecnica di questo gioco, ma gli errori possono capitare a tutti, l'importante è che si possa risolvere, c'è sempre una soluzione.
Sono stati aggrediti come se avessero commesso un reato, se è come ho letto in vari siti, che avrebbero pensato a d'una truffa, allora perché lo hanno fatto? Se poi avrebbero immaginato come potesse andare a finire? Cioè non ha senso quel che vado a leggere.
Diamo spazio a chi lavora bene, se ci sono degli errori sono sicuro che si possano risolvere, mi dispiace per chi da console non ha più potuto giocare, ma fatevi una domanda, secondo voi loro avrebbero mai pensato che potesse avere qualche problema di questo genere? E alla fine accettando tutto quel che ne sarebbe stato?
Io nella mia conclusione dico che, è il primo gioco con una storia assurda, il primo che quando arrivi a casa non vedi l'ora di giocarci, molto meglio di gran lunga di altri titoli, non c'è proprio paragone, gta a confronto è un 5 %, comunque volevo ringraziare la cd projekt per aver creato un capolavoro così e di non arrendersi perché ai giorni d'oggi è difficile creare qualcosa come quello che hanno creato loro, ottimo veramente!

Unplayable on Xbox one. 7 years waiting and 75£ spend on limited edition game plus official guide... amount of bugs is shocking... visually game is bad, controller often doesn't work,gun and cross hairs disappearing,cannot pick up items...

Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the worst games i've played.

Released a faulty and unready product, while disguising it by only allowing reviews of a different version of the same product.

Then goes out an "apologizes". Nobody is that stupid. It was a strategic business move, because the game had to be out before hollidays.

As a Witcher and former CDPR fan - I will never spend money on your products again.

One thing is releasing a faulty product. Another thing is deliberately going out of your way to hide that truth from your customers, and then even having the balls to go out and lie about that intent afterwards.

Do the right thing and refund my money for Cyberpunk 2077. You have been dishonest with the trailer and video releases only showing being played on a playable system. We have been tricked into buying this game with fraudulent advertising. Demand your refund

They fail miserably and repeatedly to keep their promises.

Amazing gaming company that puts all of their heart into the games they produce and ensure only the best quality merch. Bought a couple of items from them, the delivery from Poland was in 2 days and right to my door, so explains the higher shipping price.

Thier USP is that they are customer focused and it works. They make great games but unlike almost every other game company out there, they are fair with thier customers. The likes of EA and Bethesda would absolutely cram games of this quality with as much MTX as they could, but CDPR instead charges you a fair price and delivers a great product. No hidden costs to get more out the game or paywalls to make the game easier. I really wish more game companies would follow suit.

Problably one of the worst customer service's I ever dealt with in the gaming industry.
They where pretty quick to reply though so I guess that's something good about them.

They make great games that will be remembered by gamers thru out the ages. Patiently waiting for Cyberpunk 2077 😋
