We replied to your emails, but we have not received any calls from you. In our previous emails, we explained that we are unfortunately unable to process a refund for the item you purchased, as it is a non-refundable item.
However, we would be happy to assist you with repurchasing the item in the correct size. As a courtesy, we are willing to offer it to you at company cost, meaning we would not make any profit from the order.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping with Everest Ranch. The quality of the products is absolutely amazing — everything feels authentic, well-made, and true to western style. You can really tell they take pride in the brands and items they offer.
Shipping was fast and the ordering process was very smooth. I also reached out with a question and their customer service team was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to respond.
If you’re looking for beautiful western apparel, boots, or accessories, I highly recommend Everest Ranch. It’s become one of my favorite places to shop for unique western pieces. I will definitely be ordering again!

We purchased a barrel saddle for our daughter’s birthday. We explained that we needed it by a certain day. The week before it would arrive, Everest Ranch called and explained that the saddle we purchased wasn’t going to be on time due to inventory and they had a better saddle that could be shipped on time. We agreed, plus they took $30.00 off and paid for the shipping. 5 Stars!

These were perfect! I ordered a size M in both the dress and the top. Then I made a bigger order and I ordered multiple pijamas from their new sleepwear collection and some sandals. I LOVED THEM!!! Specially, the: Women's Casual Transparent Non Slip Slippers 2023 Summer New Fashion Luxury Rhinestone Flat Shoes Sexy Sandals Zapatos De Mujer. Those sandals are PRETTIER in person than they are in the picture. Absolutely love this store, more than highly recommend this online boutique!
