Luke & Vitali fixed bird/leaf guards around the solar panel’s today, they did an excellent job & couldn’t be nicer. They were here a few weeks ago adding 3 extra panel’s, all of this was very satisfactory. Thanks.

Now being semi retired and having owned companies myself, I know how to spot a good company when I see one. and this certtainly is an excellent company. I first contacted them a year or more ago. From the first contact with their sales rep through to having solar panels installed, I could not fault them. Everything was done on time, scaffolding, panel installations and a Tesla battery. I also have an electric car with a home charger . I am so pleased, even though I have a reasonably large detached house cooking by electric, my net electric bill last month was only £11. I happened to ring them today with a tech query - Harriet answered the phone immediately, handed me over to Ben who gave me great advice. Nothing is too much trouble with this technically and financially sound company. I recommended them to two friends who are both very pleased with their installations.

Having approached various other solar companies about our requirements, we were recommended to try Empower by a friend who was delighted with the service he had received from this company. We were so pleased we followed his advice, as they stood out head & shoulders above the others. Rob came out to do the survey and was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable, answering all our questions thoroughly. The quote arrived and was very competitive, and from then on the Empower team worked like a well oiled machine - the job was booked in quickly on a date to suit us, the scaffolding arrived as scheduled & was erected quickly and efficiently, and the installers completed their job very speedily and the site was left spotless afterwards. Every member of the team we came into contact with was helpful and friendly, each one showing that they were prepared to go the extra mile when needed. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was exceptional, so thank you, and well done Empower Energy👏👏.
I waited a while before writing this review in the hope that we would have good news to report regarding our energy bills since having the panels & battery installed - and we have! The Solaredge app that we use to monitor performance (again Empower staff were incredibly helpful in showing us how this worked) told us that our bills would be considerably lower, and our energy company have just reduced our dual fuel monthly payments from £102 to £17 !!

empower energy provided a first class solar panel installation service, the survey was conducted throroughly and everything was explained to me in detail. the installation team was very professional and demonstrated excellent problem solving skills, any questions I had before, during or after the installation were promptly answered and any issues were quickly dealt with. If you want a stress free installation carried out by a reliable, honest business there is no other solar panel provider I'd rather recommend.

First class service. Two weeks from initial contact to the installation. Work was completed very efficiently, Rob & Jerrard did a great job, very tidy workmanship including clearing up after. Now waiting to see what the payback is, looks promising.

I can thoroughly recommend this company for solar installation. From the initial survey to the system being installed and producing power was just over 3 weeks. Rob did the survey and quotation and then handed us over to Shelley to agree a suitable date with us. They could have installed even quicker if their initial dates had worked for us. The company arranged for the scaffolding, which was put up very quickly and professionally, and installation happened the next working day. The installation team of Roger, James and Adam were absolutely 1st class. They discussed everything with us and answered all of our questions. They were neat and tidy in their work and all rubbish was removed from site. Great team effort from everyone at Empower Energy.

Having had solar panels for 10 years, a decent battery was long overdue. Empower offered by far the best deal of nearby Tesla battery installers and their customer reviews are very good. We weren't disappointed. Customer service was informative, friendly and easily available. On the day of installation, Jordan and James worked extremely well as a team, did an exceptionally neat job, tidied up and explained how to use the Tesla app to best advantage. An excellent job, thank you! The battery works a treat with the panels. I can certainly recommend Empower without any hestation.

My 2nd (commercial solar) installation from Empower Energy and the standard of work is exceptional - I'll be returning to them for my remaining projects.

Our village hall is in a conservation area. Empower helped with providing the information needed by the local authority planners and were very patient waiting for us to get our planning in place. They organised the installation flexibly around the hall usage. Their workers have been very tidy and efficient - the panel installers even replaced some tiles that were not broken by them!

The installation was all finished in time for this summer's sunshine!!

Great job. You installed an array for us in 2020, which is working well, and you’ve just installed some additional panels. The experience has been all very easy. Luke and Vitaly did the installation very quickly and efficiently and were very friendly and helpful.

Empower Energy installed additional solar panels, replaced the existing inverter with a Solar Edge inverter to make more efficient use of existing solar panels and installed a Powerwall. We were impressed by the effectiveness at every stage of the process, from enquiry through to completion.
The installation team work was exceptional. Each one of the installers was courteous had a great sense of energy, confidence, competence and pride in their work, which is uncommon. Although we were a slightly overwhelmed by the number of vehicles and installers, everyone worked on their part of the project and it all came together remarkably quickly. Everything was left clean and tidy and we were given coaching and assistance in the use of the Tesla app.
This was an altogether impressive performance.
