One of this worst clothing companies I have ever experienced, they will not refund me after asking 6 times for a returns form when I no longer want or like the item when it arrived. Do not buy from them!

I made a purchase online accidentally, thinking it was the science museum. Their customer service returned my money without argument. This is a new store with beautiful, high quality retro clothing. Thoroughly recommended for anyone wanting to buy for skaters or boarders.

DO NOT BUY - misleading scamming offshore online seller operates in breach of Australian Trade Practices legislation. Seller is non responsive. Google this business and Byron Bay Boutique - same seller - 100% scam using PayPal to rip off buyers. Third party was AMEX because seller would not respond to buyer AMEX complaints closed case. Next step Australian Consumer Ombudsman.

Very small items ordered mens large and boys large came cant get refund only exchange so that means another 3/4 weeks,who's to say the right size will arrive. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM SHAM ALL THE WAY

Wish I read the reviews before I purchased. WORST company. 2 months for garbage ... then when I tried to return it. I was redirected to a site that had no return information. Disappointed doesn't cover it.

Silly me, i wish saw the reviews before I ordered. Crappie shirt. What a waste of money.

Scammers items ordered and never received

I ordered a sweater, it didn't have the logo emporium on it, it said large, there was supposed to be some pads on the shoulders and they were up higher, the quality of the item was very poorly made, also the collar of the shirt had the stitching on it, it looked like a kid made it in a hour, I got in contact with customer service, they told me it was a sale item and I couldn't get a refund and they were sorry. This is not fair to customers, you order something you don't like regardless if it's on sale or not you should get your refund back. I learned a valuable lesson, sometimes old school shopping is the best way to do things I am lost about $67 because of this. Please don't buy contour emporium bad quality items.

I never ordered from them but they managed to get $68. From PayPal. I filed a claim thru PayPal but they refused because, evidently, a package for under bar light? was supposedly delivered. So not only didn’t I order from them, I never received a package from them. PayPal has always dealt with these issues but they failed on this one. So I’m out of $68!

Cheap clothing size made for a child. Order a 3x sweat suit and when it arrived the size look like a Large. I email them for a refund and they would not answer. Cheap Cheap. Please do not waste your money.

Do yourself a favor and save your hard earned money. Ordered a two piece suit…. Very thin and looks like pajamas… not something j will wear out, unless taking out garbage. Ordered what was supposed to be a coat… the material appeared to be felt …. Something for arts and crafts without pockets. Never again!!

The jacket I got was nothing like the picture....it was advertised as flannel....it came today, the colors and design are different and it's polyester....cheap looking...it cost $90 and was a gift to my grandson...I will never order from Couture Emporium again and I want a refund
