DIDN'T RECEIVE PURCHASE
Had to access a game via Steam, which wouldn't let me create an account to get it and wouldn't let me get in touch with their support contacts without one. My purchase was therefore locked and I couldn't make any progress to get it, despite being promised an immediate download, and couldn't get Steam to help out.
Empire Gaming had great customer service throughout and worked hard to respond to me and help me reach a fair resolve, I'm happy to give them 5*s as this wasn't really their fault at all and they didn't leave me hanging without a response, even over the weekend. There was an actual person responding via email, not a bot or a program, and that made a real difference to my piece of mind.
I would not hesitate to either recommend or even use again (if they promise not to send the game via Steam) as I find them to be trustworthy and doing their best.

Was a sceptic about them at first and checked around for reviews so here's my 2 cents there great if a game says instant delivery they mean it they even include instruction on where to put the code into steam if u need it xcom 2 on pc with dlc for 55 bucks at the time of this review is worth it and now I have another place to go for a pc game sale.

I accidentally bought a code that couldn't be used in my country. They refunded my money despite it being my own mistake. Would definitely deal with them again if their product worked in my Canada.
