I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from EMORI Gurgaon store with invoice no-STR01I382. The earrings I bought looked beautiful however the quality was very poor. On the very first use, one of the earrings broke because it did not have a proper opening lock. The clasp was loose and poorly designed, making it impossible to secure properly in the ear.

What makes the experience even worse is the lack of customer support. I reached out multiple times to report the issue and request a replacement or refund as I came back to UK, but I have not received any helpful response or solution. It is very frustrating to spend money on a product that breaks immediately and then be ignored by customer service.

I would not recommend purchasing from this brand based on my experience. Quality and customer support need significant improvement.

I joined this company as a Content Writer, excited to build my portfolio. But within days, they moved me to a 'Website Operator' role without even asking if I was okay with it. They wanted experienced work but were paying fresher-level salaries, which was frustrating enough.

The real breaking point, though, was the founder’s behavior. During a team moment, she actually body-shamed me about my weight in front of the whole office. I was honestly humiliated. There was no respect for boundaries or basic ethics. On top of that, juniors were never allowed in meetings, so I felt completely shut out from learning anything new.

I lasted 9 months before the mental toll became too much. Has anyone else had their job description completely changed right after joining? How did you handle a boss who makes personal attacks like that?

its been 2 months so far, and the journey has been great honestly. they have flexible work hours which helps in having a good work life balance. and the management is really cooperative and supportive and were really understanding when I hurt my back in the first month here and provided with work from home.
though there work pressure can get a lot at times since the team is small and responsibilities and work can come at anytime.
