Cheap cheap fabric. They said it was 'final sale" and would not return my items. It was two sizes too small. Do not order from this company! Scam

Boy, I feel stupid falling for this scam. I ordered a beautiful sweater, and a junky piece of printed acrylic arrived. They told me to mail the product in for a refund and like an idiot, I spent more money mailing the sweater in, which was returned by the post office with "address incomplete." I will be more cautious in future. This is a scam company.

Maggie & Rose Nashville: Why is this company allowed to operate in the USA? They have NO labels on their clothes indicating the fabric content. The "sweater" was more of a top (and that's being kind) that was made out of a fabric you'd clean your car with. DO NOT buy from this company...it's a total scam. AND when you want to return the garbage they sent you, you have to mail it to China!

Brutal company, took my payment never delivered and no one responds to my multiple requests for refund. Stay away

STAY AWAY!! Purchased a men's jacket and was excited to get it. It took over 4 weeks to receive and was not anything like the picture shown on their website. They make it sound like they're a company based in the US and ships from the US, but no. Comes out of China and turns out to be an inferior product. They did offer to take it back, but you have to mail back to China at your expense. Well who the heck is going to do that. They offered a 15% discount to keep but I don't want it. It's not what I ordered. The error is totally on them and they should pay for it to be return. I passed it on to my credit card company and they'll probably charge them back and not get their jacket back either.

This is a scam, use nice pictures, but product received is a cheap knockoff. If you try to return items, have to ship back to China at your cost. Total scam.

Sweater received is different from advertisement on the website. No reply to emails. No phone number. Chinese shipping label. No Maggie and Rose store in Nashville. Disputing charge with credit card.

Do not ever order from Maggie & Rose.
No customer service and merchandise is very cheap coming from China. No way to return as they have no phone #.
No instructions.

I. Wish I’d read the review first. Ordered “coat” size medium. Ha! Would even fit my grandaughter who is a size 2 ! Cheap ugly material , made badly, piece of tat! Costs more to return than to buy! They offered me a 20% reduction to keep it. I doubt I’ll ever see it applied to my card. Please don’t buy anything from this company who are disgraceful frauds!!

This has been unbelievable. I ordered two sweaters from an instagram ad (first mistake). The company says Emma & Rose Vancouver…..first lie. They aren’t in Vancouver they are in china. I got the run around trying to receive this package saying my address was “abnormal” and they tried to deliver it three times without success. My address is fine….second lie. This started a massive back and forth email chain giving them my address again and then a bogus tracking number and delay delay delay. Then a SEALED package finally shows up at my door with three tracking sticker stuck on each other and NOTHING WAS INSIDE THE PACKAGE! So begins more emails back and forth and the last email said if I’m unhappy with the product to return it for a full refund. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? So needless to say this company is a TOTAL SCAM and I sure wish I’d done my research first before buying.

Worst communication.. cannot cancel an order. Return to China is $85. Cad. Bullshit. Took 20 emails for the return process.

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my hard-earned money on some cheap Chinese crap. Oh, I have received apology emails but to send it back cost more than the piece of whatever it was supposed to be. I'm going to cut my loses and give it to good will. Some homeless person may enjoy it but probably not. I think they would use it as a fire starter since it is highly flammable material. Please, please do not fall for this fake site.

One star is too generous for this company. Everything is a scam from beginning to end. Do not waste your time, effort, or money. How can we go after them??

Not a Canadian company! Comes from China.. took forever, product not as pictured on website. Contacted them , wouldn’t refund.. and had to ship at my cost for $48 cad, item was $60… they are a SCAM! Don’t waste your money

quality of clothing is very poor and getting customer service to reply about returning products is like pulling teeth. Very Difficult

I ordered 3 dresses and a top from Emma & Rose. I called to see if I could pay for expedited delivery, but they just said no. The dresses took 3 week to arrive. They dresses were NOT linen or cotton, they were all polyester. And they didn't fit well. I'm a small busted person but every dress was tight in the bust and had puffy extra fabric in the back. So disappointed. I won't be ordering from them again.

The 2 pieces that finally arrived were nothing like what was pictured - different fabric, different patterns, even wrong size.

Absolute garbage. They don't respond to emails. They're telling me it's shipped from Vancouver now I have to ship it back to China. It's pathetic. I should have read the reviews before I ordered cuz I'm clearly not going to get my money back so do not order from this company ever do not order
