Hymer Crossover Purchase

I would just like say a big thank you to all at emm-bee team and a special mention to Craig Meller for there exceptional service.
We purchased our new Hymer from Emm-Bee which we absolutely love, as we are based in Scotland most of the correspondence was carried out by phone, emails and video link instructions before. When we arrive to collect we received more friendly handover instruction, everything was prefect. Brilliant purchase experience.

Happy customer

We have been customers of Emm-Bee for just over 4 years. I can understand some of the frustrations experienced by other customers with the After Sales team but in the main we have received great service and all warranty work has been completed to an excellent standard.

I’m sure we will be back

Overall I thought emm-Bee were excellent. We were actually two hours from buying an Adria elsewhere but after one, last minute visit to the emm-Bee site we were sold on the Burstner. Sales Staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful and after initial introductions and discussions they gave us plenty of space to look around and consider our options. Despite a disappointing but unavoidable production delay we now have the vehicle and are so pleased. Handover was thorough and clear. A special shoutout to Jamie and Sarah. Many thanks

After making a telephone call to this…

After making a telephone call to this dealership we was led to believe it would be worth a visit to look at a motorhome. This dealership is a Burstner dealership and we was thinking of buying a new Burstner. And Wow the px price they offered us was incredibly low compared to other dealers. Maybe they thought because we travelled a long way we was desperate to change. They lacked professionalism and as very experienced motorhomers we will not recommend this company.

Our part-exchange valuations are based on a number of factors, including the vehicle itself, its condition, current market values and the price at which we believe we can realistically retail it. The distance a customer has travelled to visit us has absolutely no bearing on the valuation offered.

We appreciate that valuations can differ between dealerships and completely understand that customers will choose the deal that works best for them.

We are, however, disappointed to hear that you felt our service lacked professionalism, as this is not the experience we aim to provide to anyone visiting our dealership.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EmmBee Motorhomes – Our Experience Buying a Burstner B66 684G

We first met Phil, the owner of EmmBee Motorhomes, at the NEC in Birmingham. From the start he stood out as a genuinely professional and honest salesman. He wasn’t pushy, he wasn’t trying to gloss over anything, and he took the time to explain both the good and the bad points of the Burstner B66 684G we were interested in. That level of transparency made a big difference to us, and we went back the next day to put down a deposit.

Once the deal was agreed, Phil handed us over to Jamie, one of his sales team. Jamie was every bit as professional as Phill himself, which immediately reassured us that EmmBee’s standards run right through the whole team. Because we were buying a show van, we were given a build date so we knew exactly when it would be ready.

Throughout the entire process, Jamie kept in touch just as Phil promised. Communication was excellent from start to finish — clear, timely, and always helpful.

When it came to collection day, Jamie met us personally and sat us down to go through all the essential (and sometimes boring!) parts of owning a motorhome. He made it easy to understand and didn’t rush anything. He also introduced us to Nigel, who would be our main contact going forward. Nigel has been just as brilliant as the rest of the team.

Phil, you’ve built an amazing team at EmmBee. Every single person we dealt with was professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. We’re looking forward to seeing you all again when our first service is due.

And finally — Jamie, thank you for sorting our HomeLite. We use it all the time.

Shocking after sales


Bought a new Burstner van of them in 2025, decided to sell April 26 after being used once and having 270 miles on the clock. Needing a new HAB check to be done tried to book in with them and was given September as the earliest available, can you imagine 5 months!!
Also enquired about PX for something larger was given a value of £50k having paid £71k less than 12 months earlier!!!
Also asked about them selling it on a commission/ brokerage deal & they wanted £10k for that too, can you imagine Im stuck in this situation so take my advice there’s much better companies out there that sell for far less and offer better after sales

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience following the purchase of your Bürstner.

Our workshop can become extremely busy, particularly during peak periods, and unfortunately this can mean longer waiting times for habitation checks and servicing. We appreciate that being offered a later appointment can be frustrating, especially when you are looking to sell your motorhome.

With regards to part-exchange valuations, these are based on a number of factors including the current market, model, age and the price at which we would realistically be able to retail the vehicle. Unfortunately, the original purchase price does not always reflect its trade value at a later date.

Likewise, our brokerage service involves costs associated with preparing, advertising, selling and supporting the vehicle through the sales process. Any figures provided are explained before a customer decides whether they wish to proceed, with no obligation to do so.

We appreciate that the options available to you were not what you had hoped for, but we’re sorry that this has left you feeling disappointed with Emm-Bee.

Worst aftersales I have ever experienced

We bought a brand new motorhome from emm-bee in March of 2025. They wasn't actually the cheapest but assured me the afterservice was second to none. ( thats a joke ) they are very professional when taking your money. Firstly they let the van go out with multiple faults, one quite serious yet very noticeable ( obviously just wanted it handed over and out regardless of faults) sometimes you only find out how good a retailer is when you need them in the event of problems, emm-bees aftercare is zero. Brittany is definitely in the wrong job unless she is following orders to behave this way. Never returns phone calls, does not answer emails , we are always fobbed off for one reason or another .... its now the end of October. The van still has several faults that we have been waiting to be fixed since March, we are told "oh the parts are on order, 2 months Later she has not chased it up or given us updates. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO BUY ELSEWHERE. what should of been a happy time spending near 80k has been a nightmare. We have now sold the van and bought something else from a dealer at the other end of the country, I would never buy from emm-bee again

After purchasing our motorhome in…

After purchasing our motorhome in March and discovering multiple things wrong with it, we have been trying to get matters resolved, I can honestly say the after sales care is virtually non existent, you email no reply, you email again no reply, you ring up.. it's aftercares annual holiday. You ring back.. she's in a meeting! You ring again and leave her a message... she didn't get it, when you finally manage to speak to Brittany (after sales care) she says she will chase it up. Thats the answer ever time.Very frustrating and very off putting, we were persuaded to buy from here as it's on our doorstep and the after sales are second to none! No sorry I wouldn't recommend and certainly wouldn't buy from them again, writing this out of shear frustration after 7 months of getting nowhere.

What fabulous guys here

What fabulous guys here. Jamie and sorry cant remember the other guy think it was craig. We are first time purchasers and have done extensive research over the last few months. Armed with my trusted spreadsheet I went to Emm Bee. Both lads were absolutely brilliant - so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were upfront with them and said we are going to the NEC in Oct so were not ready to purchase just yet but that didnt stop them spending a couple of hours with us and helping “remove” some more models from my spreadsheet that were unsuitable after looking in depth at them. These guys are so good that they have actually made us consider purchasing a different model to our original first choice just because they dont stock it. I feel that moving forward we would be in good hands here and would prefer to purchase one of their stock rather than be forced to go elsewhere to a dealer such as Tottingham round the corner where our experience was extremely negative - feel free to read my review of them.

We will see you at the NEC in October Jamie.

A great company to deal with

we went to the NEC show in Oct 2024 and while looking at the burstner stand were approached by a chap alled Phil, the owner of emm-bee motorhomes. He gave us loads of info and was not your typical pushy salesman . Very informative and answered all our questions about model we were looking at . We placed an order for a new motorhome with Phil. While awaiting delivery we were dealt with by Craig at Emmbee who was very patient and undertstanding of us first time buyers. if we had any questions Criag advised us to email which he dealt with straight away..Handover day arrived on the 18th of June. 2025..Craig gave us loads of time to go through the new motorhome and made sure we were happy with our new purchase. I have nothing but positives to say about Phil,Craig and the guys at EMM BEE....Thankyou to all and apologies for all the emails and daft questions we have asked over the last 7 months ...Would recommend to anyone looking for a motorhome.
