Great selection of flights and hotels available. Good package price compared to individual booking and 24 hour customer care if problems arise. We had not heard from the transfer company about our pic -up time but the Emirates Holidays team confirmed this for us on WhatsApp chat.

Third time with Emirates Holidays…and we will keep counting. The concept is simple:
- they preselect locations (hotels) of high quality for you so when you reach your destination there are no surprises.
- the agents have personally visited the places they send you so during booking they can consult you properly.
- the entire trip is arranged by them, including possible internal flights, local transportation etc. you check in your luggage once in the airport and you find it in your room.
- i have the impression they get the best rooms from each hotel (or i am lucky for a third time in a row..)
- the staff is excellent, polite and well trained
- the price is fair

The formula is excellent, fully recommended for exploring new destinations without risks. This is the concept of real holidays in my view

My experience: Two times in Maldives and one in Thailand

The seamless service and translation of what's on paper into reality were a joy to witness. It was all smooth, from the airport transfers to accommodation check-in.

What made my Holidays fantastic was that I was met on my arrival in Dubai at the Airport. From there I was taken to the Hotel in A comfortable car. The hotel was nice, clean and Comfortable. The Staff were very helpful, Friendly And made me feel at home. I think that I will recommend This experience for All of You thinking of A nice Holiday in Dubai. Thanks.

Our daytime flight EK22 from Manchester was cancelled after an issue during take off. These things can happen but it’s what happens after a problem which matters!

For the record, I have never in 50+ years of flying had a worse experience than the journey from Manchester to Dubai. We booked the seats we needed on both outbound and return flights to accommodate my medical condition. I accept nobody could have foreseen the aborted take off in Manchester but the events which followed were awful

1. No communication about what was happening, where to go, what our options were, where we would fly from. No one from Emirates accompanied our bus journey to London Heathrow and the driver took us to terminal 2 when we needed terminal 3

2. We paid £206 to select our seats on the flights. We requested, not for comfort but to accommodate my medical condition, seats on the right window side of the plane so I could sit without my leg/foot being knocked by another passenger - we were seated separately on the middle seat of 4 where I was adjoined each side by a stranger, the one on the right of me knocked my foot painfully three times during the flight so I could not sleep anyway.

3. We eventually arrived at our hotel on Thursday morning just before 1030 having missed the first night of our 5 night break.

4. No indication has yet been given as to how much statutory compensation each passenger is due for the 13 hour delay in leaving the UK. I would hope this will be forthcoming and compensation swiftly made

All in all, a very distressing time for me and my wife.

Excellent package, includes all the necessary things that you wont have to worry about during the trip.

Everything went well. The only issue I believe was during the time of booking as my ticket took a while for me to receive it. Thankfully, the staff was attentive when I reached out thru email.

I visited Emirates Holidays offices in Dubai and the staff was fantastic! they helped me organizing the tickets, they recommended accommodation and provided tips on things to do there and places to avoid with Kids, for someone who never went there, it was much needed!! they are very positive and well knowledgeable. when we arrived there in the hotel, we got a welcome letter informing us that a representative will visit us the next day. Wicky was there in the morning she offered all the trips they have, amended the taxi return and recommended things to do. she shared her contact for any emergency and we DID speak to her and she was always available. In summary Emirates Holidays really represent the high end services that Dubai promise and they made our stay memorable

I've used Emirates Holidays 3 times for Maldives vacations and I believe they're the absolute best for that. I've tried other booking services and you can't get the comprehensive information you get from Emirates Holidays elsewhere. They have the flights, they have the people on the ground in Male to ensure your entire journey from booking to arriving home is smooth and safe and you get what you paid for.

Yeah , from the date of first call to booking office in Colombo and the whole journey and back to home all were very well planned and organized . Even post returned , agent called and inquired about our experiences which is a testament to how the Emirates treat their customers . Inflight experiences unmatchable. We would definitely continue our future travels with Emirates Holidays.👍👍👍

Our first time using Emirates holidays and it won't be our last.Our stay at The Anantara Dubai The Palm was excellent.The food was excellent and the staff,superb ,with nothing too much trouble.Seamless transfer between the airport and resort.

It’s a great package for a luxury comfortable trip with a very good pricing and a good benefit for skywards.
The selection of the hotels in the destinations is very good and the experience is too notch. From the holiday selection on the website that is user friendly to the stay including the service of having someone to help you with booking activities based on your interest.

أود ان اشكر الاستاذ احمد من قسم العطلات لمساعدتي في الحجز الذي كان متاحاً حينها وفق تعاقداتكم في مدينة أوسلو . ولكن اود ان اشير وللاهميه القصوي الي ان انني قد سكنت في الفندق clarion collection savoy oslo فقد كان فعلاً قريباُ من كل شي بوسط المدينه الا انني سكنت فيه مساء يوم السبت ، ولم أكن اعلم انه يبعد فقط 30 متر تقريباً عن أكبر (( بار )) في اوسلو ونحن اقمنا في الغرفه رقم 514 بالفندق وكان البار صاخب جدا جدا في ليلتي الجمعه والسبت وحتي الساعه 3 صباحاً ولم استطع النوم مطلقاً الا بعد اغلاق البار اي الساعه الثالثه والنصف صباحاً . وارجوا عدم اسكان الضيوف العرب فيه في ليلتي الجمعه والسبت . بالاضافه الي ان الفندق يمر بتحته قطار الترام الخاص بالمدينه كل 20 دقيقه وقد كانت هاتين الملاحظتين سيئتان جداً بالنسبة لي . مع العلم ان جميع الموظفين في الفندق كانوا محترمين ولطيفين و ودوديين للغايه . في الاستقبال او المطعم .
واشكر السيدة سارة من الارجنتين من قسم نظافة الغرف على حسن تعاونها وتلبية بعض الاحتياجات لي وللاسره . واود ترشيح فندق اخر في اوسلو يبعد اقل عن نصف كيلو عن الفندق الحالي ليتم النظر في التعاقد معه وهو فندق اذ لايوجد مرور قطار الترام بجانبه ولا يوجد بالقرب منه اي بار كما انه يقع علي ذات مسار الكافيهات وبعض المطاعم . اسم الفندق : GRAND HOTEL OSLO BT SCANDC . الذي انصح بشده التعاقد معه لاجل ضيوف طيران الامارات للعطلات. مع انني اود التنوية لأعتمادكم سلسلة فنادق سكانديك وهي رائعه بشكل مميز في البلدان الاسكندنافية .
