Best company in the entire world, i had plenty of issues for my vacation including daughter getting sick and had to postpone 5 hrs before departure and they were professionally up to the challenge and made it the best holiday group and airlines in the world

The unplanned birthday trip to UK was phenomenal throughout the journey. The flight experience from embarking to disembark was smooth. Landing at heathrow was very smooth. IFE needs to add more movies though. Upon reaching the hotel the whole process of checking in was easy and was offered a birthday cake later in the day which made my day. It was a wonderful trip.
