I got my visa in 24 hours thanks to the team was very cooperative and helpful. However, the visa did cost me approx $500!

At the begining i paid for the transit 96 hours which apparently was the wrong visa then i was advised by one the team members that the right one for me is the 14 days. I couldnt cancel the first one and refund it then apply for new one accordingly i almost paid for 2 visas.

Conclusion i got my visa super quick but i expected some flexibility in refunding my first one coz now i paid almost $500 for the visa which normally cost $200
