This site is really poor
This site is really poor. There have been too many times when I have typed something, only to have the person tell me they are not seeing anything.
There are also too many random disconnects, constant pop-up ads exhorting you to upgrade your account, and no feedback from customer service despite this issue having happened several times in the past.
I would rather be on Discord, so what does that tell you...

It appears that you are experiencing an unusual situation when using the site. There must be some technical issues. We have requested more information from this review in order to match with your customer service requests to help you better.
Please also note that we don't have pop-up ads asking you to upgrade your account. There are only buttons within the interface allowing you to upgrade. If you are referring instead to the app-call-out that asks you to create an account, that is different. Is it not asking to upgrade. Creating an account makes your experience on the site better and more stable.
Thank you for providing additional information. I see that our support@emeraldchat.com have sent replies to you, but you haven't replied to those. It could be that you didn't see those replies, or there might be that the emails are filtered into the wrong inbox tab for you?

A great experience with matching with strangers, pleasent & satisfying UI, simple system, lenient experience.
Could use more regular updates & more implemented features like a voice chat only mode or something, but other than things like that, this site is clean & works as intended.
