I've been using them for over an year and i don't have anything bad to say.

sign up today, linked my bank account. Did two self assesments. for them to say they are not taking on anymore customers. yet they took my data, took my banking data, still showing refer a friend on the website and still allowing new sign ups and still taking money. Should NOT be supported by the UK Government.

As a small company director with little experience and know-how, Ember has been a real life-saver since day 1. From Tas and Steven's help on a weekly and general basis to answer all my silly questions, to Martin's amazing help with my self-assessment accounts and the wonderful Erin's help and promptness with my company accounts - I'm truly grateful to have such a brilliant and expert team there each step of the way. Ember is brilliant, and I don't know what I'd do without them!

Ember is a great platform. The support team are really what make the experience fantastic. As a first time limited company director, there's a lot to get your head around, luckily the team have always been on hand to patiently help me through many problems and queries over the year that I've been with the platform. They never give me the feeling that I'm asking too much or too simple of a question. I've had a great experience and I'd recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to Erin, Steve, Tas and Ashleigh for their patience.

Overall, great tool*, though the real value for me lies in the team. Erin, Tas and Katie have been taking fantastic care of me and all of my endless queries and needs over the last two years.

The dev team continues to make changes to the software and add more advanced features to give better insight, though it can sometimes be a little intrusive to the day-to-day look and navigation.

I know the plans recently got overhauled and made slightly more expensive, but if I hadn't had to suspend my business due to personal reasons, I would still consider the premium plan good value.

*It's great for most businesses, though more for invoice or service-based businesses rather than commerce, if you have mixed VAT and a lot of physical sales/inventory to track, something like XERO is recommended.

Purchased three Ember Mugs! to leave in my offices, unfortunately, these Mugs are temperamental, one day they work and the other don't. followed Ember advice to reset and reinstall the mugs on the APP , but this is a painstaking process, and one would expect high-priced mugs to function in a better way, I have taken them to the dealer (curry) who replaced it only to go back to the same problem after 6 weeks .

There is no help line: forms on the PC screen !!!!

Erin from Ember is great. She handles all my queries really quickly, was great on filing all the year end returns and has good knowledge of all the tax aspects that a small business really need to think about. I find the Ember system really easy to use, and overall great value for money from their all inclusive service plan because they do my personal director tax filing as well.

I've been with ember for the past few years, they've made my accounting so smooth and simple. The whole team have been fantastic, especially Sarah. Always quick to respond and happy to help. I'd highly recommend using Ember.

Super efficient service, great advice and support!

Ember's support is generally good, I think the only way you can get better support is if you have a direct, personal accountant. The main reason I haven't considered going for a personal accountant instead of an agency is that my assigned accountant in Ember, Erin, has been so reliable that I don't see the need.

Hugely thankful and very happy. Super happy with Erin, Tas, Steven and the whole Team that has gone over and beyond to be of support and help. Exceptional understanding, patience, good will and delivery! Can't recommend enough.

Steve and the Ember team were incredibly helpful and accomodating. We went from creating to closing my company together and I'd go back to them to do it all again if I had to.

The customer support is awesome. Quick, responsive and helpful. Just became the client and asked support for an official confirmation letter for the overseas government, which was urgent. My request was fulfilled quickly, in less than an hour. Special thanks to Tas who was helping me directly!

Ember gave me everything I needed accounting wise for my SME when I moved from Sole Trader to an LTD. I had full control of my finances and an accountant to speak to when tax and other legal finance aspects were unclear. They helped from corporation tax returns, forecasting, self assessment returns, categorisation and the list goes on. Being a paying member of Ember also helped me learn a lot about taxes and the UK Gov system.

Big thanks to all the staff for your help over the years, including the dev team for putting a great platform together.

Only reason I left is because my company has been dissolved in the UK, I miss you guys already, I wish UAE had something like this.

I had a lot of questions about submitting my self assessment, as it wasn't straightforward, but nothing was too much trouble for Steven. He was always very helpful and quick to respond.

We've used Ember since 2021 for our accounts and the last two years for RD Tax Credit. We were concerned about the last submission because of the tightening rules but the credit came through in a month. I have no hesitation in recommending Ember to anyone.
