Great experience with Max.
Fast and smooth service. Excellent communication and tracking information.

great communication and fast delivery.products arrived exactly as pictured on website.happy to shop again.

You pay for what you get, but it's nice to have a place to get a bunch of cheap stuff from that delivers it quickly.

Bought a ethernet cable that was advertised as Cat6, but upon receiving it, it definitely is not Cat6 and more like Cat4. Speeds are too slow. Emailed them and have not received a reply. I could not find a way to leave a review on their website

Bought two 5 metre lengths of LED strip lights. hooked them up and they did not work. Contacted the seller withe video showing they were not working. Have emailed a number of times since with no reply. Not impressed, should have bought from Aliexpress probably more reliable

Really great service and fast shipping! The music stand with tripod has arrived on time and its in excellent quality with a great price. Thanks so much :)

Ordered on Thursday morning and order arrived Friday lunchtime. I was super impressed as it had to come from Auckland to top of the South Island.

I ordered a laminator and pockets. As there was no indication as to when I would receive the goods I emailed them. I received a reply straight away.
I was very happy with the quick response including the tracking number and the quick delivery. I will definitely order online again.

Reasonably fast delivery, great price, quality product, and excellent communication throughout.

Unfortunately I ordered something on a Tuesday and it still hadn't been sent by the Friday morning. VERY slow shipping, I ended up having to order from somewhere else that managed to ship and deliver in less than two working days! Wouldn't recommend if you want something fast. I won't use them again

Great communication and help from eMax office staff and my parcel arrived super fast!
Highly recommend!

Thanks emax for the great service! It was at my door within 3days! Super fast response with my order to chch.

Very good prices, and prompt to send item out. Would shop here again if I needed.

I'm a regular buyer at emax. I always get great service and delivery is usually within 2-3 days. If there is a delay, they always email let me know. They answer email enquires in a very short time. Excellent products at a great price.

Wonderful shopping experience!

Ordered the other day & got my order very fast!
Prices are very cheap & great quality for the price.

Would Return!

Good quality. Easy to set up. Quick fast service and great communications. Thank you. 🙃

Excellent online shopping experience - website easy to use, good value product - electric toothbrush heads. Communication and service very prompt and efficient. Free shipping a bonus!

Bought a 4 tier white shelf.
Flimsy. Not painted properly. Bad quality. Shipping was slow.

Even though item went missing because courier driver put it over my fence next to alleyway rather than down the drive to my door, emax replaced item. It was meant to be signature required, but once again, the courier just.dropped it off. Luckily I was home this time amd they came to the right door.
