We started as EmailMonks, back in 2013 with the sole purpose of helping our customers with all their email design and coding needs. Considering the diverse requirements of our clients, we expanded our services to include designing of landing pages and banners, end-to-end email campaign management as well as full-fledged automation with complete support for ESPs like Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot to name a few. Over the years, we have catered to 5000+ brands and agencies in 52+ countries. In 2019, we got a new identity as Uplers by merging with our sister ventures, WebbyMonks and Octos, into a one-stop MarTech solution where we aim to offer a delightful customer experience with our wide range of services.

Best Quality and Awesome Support
In an older review here at Trustpilot I already wrote about the great templates the team from Email Uplers build. Today I would like to add, that the level of support is really awesome! The team always answers quick, finds perfect solutions and even if its just a question about why they coded something the way they did it, the team explains the code, so that we can learn from it. And: They definitly write the most friendly emails :-)

Have worked with Email Monks and now Uplers for quite a few years. They are always totally professional, very understanding with amends and endlessly helpful even when things get tricky.
Recently we had a long delay between files being sent and a template being installed and a few queries came back from our clients.
They responded quickly and solved the issue without extra cost and I was so impressed at the willingness to help.
Would never hesitate to recommend them, a brilliant company to work with!

Perfect every time!
I have been using Uplers (or EmailMonks back in the day) for YEARS now. Every time our emails are exactly as they should be. They have great customer service and respond very quickly, which is appreciated, too. I give them 11/10 and would recommend them to everyone – which I do :)

Very reliable, friendly, flexible company. We needed our templates very fast and even without briefing them very well (because lack of time), they came with great deliverables. Asking critical questions, thinking along, giving specialist advice, always with a smile.

Uplers Helped Me Hit My Deadline
Sent in an order for 12 hours, but I didn't fully understand that adding additional templates would increase the turnaround and I had to send my emails the day I found out. Other companies would have told me sorry there's nothing we can do. Uplers not only worked with me, but delivered all my emails in record time so I could hit my deadline. I truly appreciate the team and all their hard work to make this happen.
