ELVIT is a London concierge company for private clients, founded in 2008 and based at 199 Knightsbridge, SW7. We take on three things: property, travel, and the day to day. Property: management and maintenance, search and acquisition, rentals and lettings, household staff. Travel: private aviation, yacht charter, cars and transfers, hotels and itineraries. The day to day: clinics and wellbeing, schools and tutors, restaurant tables, tickets and access. How it works. You describe the task once, by call, message or email. There are no forms. One named person owns the request until it is closed, and you can see the live status of every task, order and contractor visit in a private client tracker. If something goes wrong, a cancelled flight or a failed boiler, it stays our problem to fix, not yours. A person answers 24/7. Not a menu, not a bot. Membership is a 30-day rolling arrangement: no long lock-in and no exit fee. We work in English and Russian. Typical requests: a residence to be run while the owner is away, a house to be found before it reaches the open market, a flight and a car at short notice, a table that is fully booked, a specialist appointment this week rather than next month. We do not publish price lists, because the work is not identical for two clients. Membership fees are quoted after a conversation. Nothing is charged before it is agreed.

Vitalij's landlord service was…

Vitalij's landlord service was incredibly trustworthy. They were quick to respond to my communications and always took care of any concerns I had. I would be delighted to rent a property from them in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a rental property.

Going extra mile

Dealing with Elvit for few years now. Type of professionals that would go beyond and above to deliver the service. Had an urgent request from our clients to help with closing the deal recently, and Elvit arranged it and the deal got closed in 4 days - something few others said impossible to achieve.
