This company is really unprofessional. I ordered the wrong sunscreen and immediately wanted to cancel and place the correct order but there was no option to cancel the order. It took them a week to respond to my email. After returning it, they charged me $17.75 for the return fee, even though I paid $17.10 for postage. They actually charged me $35 for the sunscreen I returned. What is this called?
I like Elta MD products, specifically the moisture lotion, and the suntan lotion. The problem is their logistics is terrible. I ordered products directly from Elta MD August 17 and they charge my credit card. On August 27 I called them because I never received their products, even though they said I would receive in five days. It was indicated they ran out of the product, no communication. They are reversing the credit card charge. Why they would bill me without a product to sell is bothers me not to mention no communication.
On May 18, 2026, I placed an order on line for products. The information in the order gave a time frame of up to six days for me to get my products. As time went on I never got a tracking number. On May 26, 2026 I called to check on my order. I was informed by a pleasant customer service representative that
1. The order has not been shipped
2. She has no way of knowing when it will be shipped.
3. She cannot even check with their own warehouse to determine that.
4. I cannot cancel the order.
Her explanation was that because of the holiday there are shipping delays. The holiday was May 25,2026. I ordered a week before the holiday. She then said ' a lot of people are ordering sun screen this time of year".
I plan to file a report with the BBB and contact my credit card company. It is very clear that customer service is not a priority,
Best Tinted Sunscreen Ever! The shades are all beautiful, you just have to find the one that works best for your skin tone. I use mine every single day, and even at night as a BB cream. It gives the perfect natural finish.
Big fan of UV Restore tinted facial sunscreen BUT unfortunately we are victims of shrinkflation. The newest packaging is 1.7 oz with the former being 2.0 oz. And guess what., we get a smaller amount but no reduction in price. Unfortunate that the manufacturer decided to do this to their customers.
I love the Elta MD sunscreen with tint. It does not feel heavy or greasy and it actually looks like I have foundation on. I love it.
