Right decision!
After ten years, we chose El Monte again, and we're completely satisfied with it. Picking up the rental car in Orlando went great. The friendly employee patiently answered all our questions.
The RV was really well-equipped and actually exceeded our expectations. (One day, there will surely be height-adjustable driver and passenger seats as well😉). We drove over 2,000 miles from Orlando to New Jersey without any problems. We had no trouble maneuvering our 29-foot RV at any of the campgrounds.
Returning the RV in New Jersey was also a very pleasant experience thanks to the extremely friendly staff.
We therefore highly recommend El Monte in every respect.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with us after returning for another journey ten years later. It is wonderful to know that our team members in Florida provided helpful service during your departure and that our team in New Jersey ensured a smooth drop-off process at the end of your trip. We appreciate your helpful note regarding the seating comfort inside the vehicle, as user feedback helps us evaluate future upgrades to our fleet. Knowing that your long road trip up the coast went so smoothly and that navigating the campgrounds with the vehicle was hassle-free brings us great satisfaction. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your positive experience and for recommending our services to other travelers. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next adventure.

Picked up in Linden NJ and dropped off in Orlando FL everything went flawless. At the pickup we were surprised as the staff spoke our native language (Swiss German) and explained all the details as it was our first rental. At the drop off the staff was helpful and and noted all the things that broke during our trip. One tip of advise: purchase the "piece of mind" insurance as something will break and with it it's covered, we cracked literally on the last mile our windshield and the insurance covered the damage. Thank you El Monte Team you made our vacation a success.

My family moved from Maine to LA
My family moved from Maine to California and decided to use an RV for this amazing adventure. The staff at the Linden, NJ office went above and beyond with their assistance and truly made our journey possible. Thank you to Sabine specifically who was very professional and kind. The vehicle was very clean, easy to operate, and perfect for what we needed. The staff at the drop off office in Santa Fe springs were also very professional. I would definitely consider using their service in the future.

We traveled over 6,000 km through 16 states in 21 days, visiting some of the most incredible places in the United States, and the RV performed flawlessly the entire trip. It was comfortable, reliable, and became our home on wheels.
The pickup and return process was smooth, and the team was always helpful whenever we had questions. Traveling with our family was an unforgettable experience, and having such a well-maintained RV made all the difference.

Amazing first-time experience!
Super nice team, very easy to deal with and great communication! We actually canceled our reservation with a different company because they were so rude and condescending. SO glad we did - not only was the El Monte team pleasant, but their fleet is 1000x nicer than what we would have received elsewhere. Would definitely recommend them. This was our first time renting an RV and they made sure we were comfortable with everything! Great service!

Overall
Overall, the experience was very good; however, I felt there was a lack of communication in my language (Spanish or Portuguese) to better understand how to operate the vehicle's systems. I consider the fuel consumption to be too high—in our country, large vehicles use diesel with additives, which makes them more powerful and fuel-efficient. I also found that the gray and black water tanks fill up very quickly. All in all, it was a good experience, but better performance is needed to make the trip more enjoyable. As for El Monte, I recommend them and have no complaints, other than the points I mentioned earlier. Thank you!

We appreciate your detailed feedback regarding your recent experience. We are glad to hear that overall it was very good. We understand your concerns about the lack of communication in Spanish or Portuguese for operating the vehicle's systems, and we recognize the importance of clear instructions in multiple languages. Your observations about fuel consumption and the rapid filling of the gray and black water tanks are also very valuable to us. We are always looking for ways to improve our vehicles' performance and the overall enjoyment of our trips. We are committed to enhancing our services based on your insights.
