Avoid: The car arrived dirty and with a number plate cellotaped on at an angle. Then the car wouldn’t charge. Then I was passed from pillar to post between Elmo and the RAC on what to do next. As it stands I’ve been left without a car for nearly a week and Elmo still won’t authorise paying for a courtesy car out of their pocket blaming the RAC and the dealer for the issue. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds on taxis and won’t be able to set up for my son’s birthday party. The customer service agent I’ve been speaking to has been helpful and friendly and service standards and regard for the customer from Elmo have been some of the worst I’ve experienced. Hassle beyond words, the opposite of what this service is supposed to provide.

Really great service to experience the world of electric cars. I had a great service especially from Kayla who was polite and professional with me. I had a lot of questions and concerns and she was able to resolve it for me.

Been with Elmo since Jan 2023, excellent service, really easy to use. Customer Service is excellent, with really quick responses and helpful.

Been with elmo for 4 month. Overall a great experience. Very easy set up process to get the subscription going. Even after you've setup if you change your mind, they are pretty flexible to changes. The account representatives are great and they deal with your account related queries promptly. The only problem is booking high demand cars, they come and go while you're thinking about booking it.

My experience so far with Elmo has been great. From arranging the car to any changes made to account etc. Nothing is to hard for these guys to help and support with.

I'm currently waiting on delivery of second vehicle which will arrive tomorrow for the wife.

Nice and friendly company to deal with and I have 2 new besties and they can fight over who is the better one out of the 2 haha. Shout out to Chanel and Nimo for making my experience great. Would not have it any other way.

Fast and effective service from these guys! Cheapest lease available after browsing for weeks. Fab car no complaints, wish the AC worked but just needs regassing. Other than that, got the car delivered earlier than expected and no other complaints. Straightforward procedure

As usual Elmo staff are straightforward, clear and trustable in giving advice in answering my queries - now on my 4th subscription with them and always find them to be very helpful and courteous.

It is an experience that no doubt comes with huge challenging moments when switching a transport vehicle from unleaded into fully Electric vehicle! Elmo has provided great solutions to some of our challenges.
Mr. Louis, the Manager, I must say, conducted great customer service. Customer satisfaction is business success.

First of all proper customer service. I have been shopping around for a few months amongst all subscription providers. Elmo had the right approach. No repetitive emails, no unwanted sales phone calls, no "it's the last car better hurry up", seriously you guys have put to shame bigger names. In the end it came down to the Vauxhall Mokka from Elmo and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and the car.

Prior to taking out subscription the Elmo staff were pleasant and helpful answering my qday they kept me informed at each stage and on the delivery day the delivery was smooth with a very detailed inspection and handover. The two year old car had been washed and valeted and I am extremely pleased with their service. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Absolutely first class service to use. Samantha in particular was excellent. Prompt responses to each email sent. Highly recommend this service. Poor credit don't let it stop you as they also check affordability aspect if this is declined. Thank you Elmo team.
