I would recommend to NEVER buy from this store
The fabric is extremely cheap looking and looks nothing like the pictures
The customer service is terrible, have been emailing for 2 weeks and now that I want a partial refund I have not received a response

Disappointing!!! I purchased a dress that was ‘on sale’ for $79.95. It’s took a few weeks to arrive, and clearly shipped from overseas. The quality was rubbish. The dress was out of shape and way too big for the xs that I ordered. It’s not even worth getting it altered. I ended up throwing it away. Don’t waste your money- this is definitely a scam!

I purchased the shoes as advertised from a close down (mother daughter) business and was inspected this product was from Australia. It was shipped from China. Shipping took more than 2 weeks. The product claimed as leather, water proof but it was poor quality, plastic feel. Contacted seller but realised I may not able to return the product as someone in this trail has advised the shipping fee for returning the product cost at $60.
Stay away from this company.

Absolute scam.

Poor quality products that don’t look anything like the photo. No option for exchange other than to send back to China and if you do that a)you never get a refund b) it costs $60 postage.

I chose the size I wanted but the chart you follow isn't correct. Medium isn't a XS.. and that's because the chart you follow in back-of-house is incorrect. How is that the buyers fault. Call me if you need explanation. I'm still waiting for the right size, which you said you have in stock or my refund...fffttt! A joke of people running this. Shame on you! Disgusting!

The worst quality, fake add.( but a good one) don't do it. Better quality at Kmart.

I bought the black, striped Ruby puffer jacket online from Ellara in size 2XL, which they say equates to a size 16. However, the jacket is barely big enough to fit my daughter who is a size 8. I paid the (supposedly) reduced price of $79 AUD, but the jacket is made from extremely low quality material. Unlike the photo, the jacket is not puffy. It is made from a nasty
plastic, disposable type material that you expect when buying from a cheap, $2 fancy dress shop. Disappointing.

This is a SCAM, garment was rubbish threw it in the bin, they advertise quality garments they aquire then replicate with paper thin identical, cheap fabric . Nothing like advertised. Bank alerted me after I paid it was probably a fruad, advied new bank . Not a mother daughter closing.sale sent from Hong Kong

Just received my supposed 'Steplume trendy orthopaedic sneakers' which are entirely plastic, even at the sole there is no rubber. There is no labelling on the shoes. Definitely a cheap design ripoff. Disappointing.

Definitely a scam company. The cardigan I ordered is definitely NOT like the photo on the website. There is NO brand or care labels on the garment. I wouldn’t pay what I paid for the cardigan if it was hanging in a boutique. Very disappointing!

If I could give minus five stars I would. This is a total scam. Their website is quite convincing until you realise it updates everyday saying "closing sale ends today at 11.59pm". The opening hours on the website of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday & long opening hours on weekends is also a dead giveaway as is their lifetime return policy. They actually replied to my email complaint that called them out..pretty bold! They claimed the item had been shipped but tracking doesn't support this. Currently awaiting the results of a dispute lodged with my bank on the unauthorised foreign transaction fee & seeking a full refund for the item purchased. I have no confidence it will ever arrive or if it does, I very much doubt it will match the advertised item. Surely every financial institution should be able to block this bogus "merchandiser".

So the item arrived today, 13 August 2025. OMG. I've never seen anything so poorly put together. Rubbish fabric & lousy tailoring. I'll be returning the item seeking their "lifetime" refund, lol!

Website is well done but is all facade. Business is NOT in Sydney, they’re not closing down and the sale ending date and time is a fixed thing that doesn’t change in time, hurrying you to get the incredible bargains. If the quality of the products was what they claimed to be that is. I noticed when I was charged an international fee for the payment transaction. Then the order tracking system yunexpress would not update the status of the order and kept showing the same “processing” status for all items. I contacted them, there is just one email (hotmail not ellara-sydney.com) which was the last red flag. They told me not to worry goods were being processed and I would get them in time. I dispute the payment with my bank and got refunded. I got lucky there! I would NOT TRUST them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY. THEY ARE A FARCE. WHEN THE PRODUCT ARRIVED I WAS MORTIFIED AS TO THE QUALITY OF THE COAT/CARDIGAN. I SENT A PHOTO OF THE ITEM AS THEY ASKED AND EVEN THOUGH I'VE EMAILED THEM A FEW TIMES THEY HAVE GHOSTED ME. MONEY LOST. LESSON LEARNT

This is my first bad experience with on line shopping. I ordered a lovely jacket and received a polyester, cheap and nasty version. After I had paid I found the same advertisement on lots of sites, including AliExpress, at cheaper prices. Definitely had turned me off all future on line shopping, except for Woolworths and Domino's. My fault as I did not do enough research but that will not happen again

This store is not in Sydney at all, the story they have on their website is fake. I ordered a merino wool jumper only for it to arrive and be made of cotton and polyester AND look nothing like the photo on the site. The same jumper is also available on AliExpress for $20 cheaper. Avoid.

Good quality

This is not a genuine Sydney store despite being assured it was. Good arrive from China. Very inferior product, very cheap and poorly constructed. Told I could have 10% refund or return goods to China .
They have followed an advertising formula exactly as exposed on 10 News+ aired 3/7/25. Totally bogus and a scam
