Elk & Bloom Omdömen

I bought two gold earrings on July 6th, but they arrived very late on July 22nd. I love the earrings, but the lack of communication about the shipping delay was frustrating.

I'm in love with this website! The earrings I've ordered are gorgeous and appear incredible on! I can't recommend buying from this place enough the quality is amazing and was delivered quickly.

Excellent customer service, lovely product & lovely packaging

Beautiful item which is packaged perfectly for a birthday gift. Communication has been great up to now and the order was shipped incredibly quickly. I am certain the recipient will love their gift and I'm going to order a matching bracelet!

Beautiful earings.
Beautiully gift wrapped with care.
Thankyou, have already put my next order in.

Excellent and efficient

Still waiting for my purchase to come. I haven’t received my parcel yet. Not happy at all

I was searching online for some small gold hoop earrings with a stud back when I came across Elk & Bloom, and I'm so glad I did!
I'm really pleased with my earrings. They're comfortable to wear, excellent quality, and I've received so many compliments whilst wearing them.
I would definitely recommend Elk & Bloom😊

I loved these earings as did the person I bought them as a gift for.
More substantial than I thought they'd be for the price and the Elk & Bloom kept me informed all the way.
Even opening this purchase felt like a treat
Beautifully packaged in a tasteful box and suede purse. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again :-)

Katie from Elk and Bloom provided excellent, personalised support!
I placed my first order and was thrilled with the beautiful jewellery I received. My gold ring is firmly on my finger all the time!
However, I only ordered a pendant without the chain by accident. After contacting Elk and Bloom, they explained how to order just the chain and took personal note of the order.
I can only commend Elk and Bloom for both beautiful jewellery as well as excellent personal service.
I’ll definitely be ordering all my jewellery from them going forward!

Thoroughly impressed with Elk & Bloom, this was my first time purchasing. I bought 3 items for my sisters 30th birthday, 2 pairs of earrings and a bracelet and they were beautiful. She loved them. The delivery was super fast and packaged beautifully too! Would definitely recommend and I’ll be keeping them in mind for future presents!

I have two necklaces from this brand now and love both. Able to wear them in the shower and they are still in great condition. The packaging and delivery are great too. Would make for a very nice gift!

Lovely item arrived in beautiful packaging

I have a very dainty necklace from Elk & Bloom which I adore but I recently had some trouble with the clasp on the chain. I got in touch & Katie was so helpful, she helped me to arrange having my chain fixed & everything ran smoothly & the repair was done so quickly! Would highly recommend Elk & Bloom for their lovely products & helpful staff.

Good communication from customer support and beautiful earings well packaged and presented. I would highly recommend purchasing from Elk & Bloom if you spot a shiney you fancy!

Beautiful and unique jewellery. Packaged and presented perfectly. Absolute luxury which is what my wife deserved on her birthday. Would not hesitate recommending Elk and Bloom to anyone and would definitely purchase again.

Customer service is wonderful! they were so helpful. I just love my necklace. Such good quality. Elk & Bloom are my go to place for birthdays and gift giving events!

Ainda não recebi o produto, sendo que já passou o prazo de entrega.

Amazing communication from the company - beautiful packaging- I haven’t seen the items because they are a gift. Just a note - these were separate gifts but came packaged together- would be nice to have individual packaging for each item - but overall I can’t fault Elk & Bloom and will definitely order again!

Very slow to issue refund on returned goods! Had to ask several times! Also knocked £15 off refund for gift boxes which were returned and a handing fee!
