We had a really positive experience working with Elixir Packaging. From the start, their customer service stood out—responses were quick, helpful, and made the ordering process smooth and efficient. They were easy to communicate with and ensured all our questions were answered promptly, which made a big difference when making a custom purchase.

The quality of the product met our expectations, and everything arrived as requested.

The only area for improvement would be post-purchase communication. After placing the order, follow-up responses slowed down, and we weren’t provided with tracking information, until the day of delivery.

Overall, a great company to work with upfront, and with a bit more consistency after the sale, the experience would be excellent end-to-end.

I am a sales consultant in the panhandle of Florida! I came across this company when looking for printed bakery boxes for a client (for fudge!). The sizes for my customer were very specific & I needed extra attention to detail before making a decision on what company to go with. What I appreciated about this company was the persistence, the quick turnaround on communication, and the quality of the actual product. So far, I am impressed. I will ask the end user to leave their own review after application, but I have no doubts that it will be positive and will result in a re-order. They provided samples, and the lead-time to actually get your product was quick, which is very needed in this market! Thanks EP!
