DON’T USE THIS COMPANY

They shipped the wrong dose after sending a photo of my current prescription and specifying to multiple so called customer service agents that I must have my current dosage.

Four hours wasted yesterday and more today. I received notice today they shipped me half of my current dose.

Prepare for their India call center to ask if they can put you on another 2-3 minute hold dozens of times for 1 issue. Prepare for all of that time on hold to be completely wasted.

The progress was slow at first, but gentle enough that it didn’t overwhelm me. ElixaMD helped me lose 26 lbs in a way that felt manageable and kind. My clothes fit better, my body feels lighter, and my anxiety is easier to handle. I’m grateful for a program that didn’t make me feel pressured.
