Brilliant customer service
Went above and beyond when Yodel let them down with losing my parcel. Stacey was excellent in keeping communication with myself and chasing up with Yodel. Could not fault the customer service at all and highly recommend using again.

Lovely little shop

This was my second order with ETC, and just like the first, everything about the order was wonderful. From the customer service, to the efficiency and stress free process of managing to buy Pokémon; I just can't recommend these guys enough.
