The best research company.
I've been using Elite Research for over a year now. They're my favorite research company. All their items are tested and they're very transparent with their testing. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic as well. They always respond quick and are very cordial. Highly recommend them and I'll continue to use them.

Horrible ratings on Finnrick
I bought from them. I bought 3 hcg and sent one out for testing. It was extremely underdoesd. Emailed customer service and their response was to tell me that no one else complained. They also told me that I may be using the wrong size needles to inject it with and I should be injecting it into my stomach fat. Are you kidding me

Good customer service
I originally left a 1 star review that hadn't posted yet due to a product mix up. I ordered Enclomiphene and received DMAA. I didn't notice it at first and took it thinking it was the right product, but after experiencing much different affects than expected I examined the bottle to check the concentration and noticed it was the wrong product.
A product mix up shouldn't happen with supplements and medication, but it does. I've the pharmacy give me the wrong medicine at times. What is more important is what happens afterward.
I emailed them on a Sunday morning and despite being outside the normal refund/replacement window someone responded within an hour, apologized, and let me know the replacement would mailed ASAP.
That's worth 5 stars. Mistakes happen and when they do, a good company makes it right without making it difficult on you.
