Above and Beyond
Had a fault with Rugby boots and I cannot compliment the team/Joanna enough for the service in fixing it. The definition of going above and beyond.
When things go wrong
I ordered an Army Rugby Shirt as a birthday present. Paid extra for faster delivery. Unfortunately DHL delivered to completely the wrong address. I tried speaking to DHL who were really unhelpful so contacted Elite Pro Sports direct. A very helpful Joanne responded and done absolutely everything in her power to resolve in time for the birthday. She found the address for me, I went to the address but unfortunately it was a very elderly resident who said he gave the package to his carer to send back. Joanne at this stage, because I was running out of time, issued a full refund. She has taken on my complaint to DHL. Thank you so much. Things sometimes go wrong, but its how it is dealt with that makes a company good to work with. Will continue to order from them as any previous shirts we've had have always been great. Thank you

Really great customer service
Really great customer service. A return went missing but my email was responded to in double quick time. Fortunately I was able to prove the return had been delivered (always a good idea to used a tracked service) and so EPS were able to action my refund without delay. No ones fault but great response.

Excellent customer service. Had a faulty pair of rugby boots, contacted the company, sent them back and received a replacement within days. Joanna was excellent, great communication. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My daughter was selected to be a match mascot for her 9th Birthday, so I ordered a full kit for her a week in advance. I contacted Customer Services and explained the situation, and that I desperately needed it by the following Friday.
I received a generic copied and pasted response from Joanna in Customer Services stating I would receive a tracking number when the order was dispatched but it would be 3-5 working days. I responded and said I would happily pay more for expedited delivery. This was flatly refused by Joanna due to “high demand”, and again a copied and pasted second paragraph confirming it would be 3-5 working days.
I chased again a couple of days later, and again received a copied and pasted generic response.
I then received an email notifying me that my order had been dispatched on Thursday morning, however, crucially with no tracking number. I logged in to my online account, which stated “Order Completed”.
The following morning, the Friday which I required delivery to ensure we had the kit for the weekend match, I received an email notification stating my order was cancelled due to it being Out of Stock and I would be refunded.
No explanation, no apology, no communication.
Absolutely horrendous Customer Service, letting down a 9 year old girl for her birthday.
A real disappointment to the teams and brands the Elite Pro supply.

I can't fault this company for it's customer service! I ordered an item that was delivered on Monday, returned for an exchange (I needed a larger size) which they received on Tuesday, and the replacement was delivered on Friday! My emails were responded to by Jo within the hour. Great quality item. I will be ordering again. Thank you!

Very happy with every item i have bought from the company over the years. Excellent quality and value for money. Cant say i have had any issues at all.
Missing items
Carefully weighed up costs for birthday presents and factored in combined postage. Only one of the things was in stock, so they just sent that. (Why are items on website if not in stock?) Didn’t ask if that was okay. I would have gone to the club shop instead.
Refund STILL hasn’t arrived and only compensation offered was free delivery next time. There will not be a next time.

Had an issue with the delivery being lost by DHL, sent out a replacement which arrived within 2 days, unfortunately due to a picking error it was the wrong shirt but got in touch, really quick response with the correct one being sent out. Cannot fault the service at all.

Amazing service from Kathy in dealing with a faulty item. Provided photos of the fault and by return received a lovely email to say that they were sorry and that a replacement item had been ordered and on its way to me - what more can you ask for!
Wouldn’t hesitate to order again as I know if there are any problems they will be dealt with efficiently.

Ordered 2 pairs of socks-one pair…
Ordered 2 pairs of socks-one pair absolutely great and one pair seem to have a fault. Contacted the team at Elite Pro Sports (Joanna) and they responded faster than expected with a full refund and as a lovely gesture they gave me a code for free delivery. Fantastic customer service. Will definitely recommend them as the fault with the one pair of socks appears to be a one off as the other pair are fantastic.
