I travel 1 hour down the road to get to elite koi and I can’t fault them in any way. Excellent customer service and everyone is very knowledgable. The quality of all products is top notch and always well stocked with everything I have needed. And always offered a cheeky bit of discount which makes the journey well worth it.

Needed help as my fish were poorly they advised me to bring a fish in to so a scrape and then advised me what next steps and treatment was needed they are always helpful when I ring for advice would definitely recommend Elite koi staff are very helpful and friendly

As a new Elite Koi customer, this year and new to purchasing koi. I can honestly say I never met a group of people in a business that treats you as a friend. I have been made to feel very welcome. Even feel at home. The kettle is on the minute you walk through the door. The kio fish are absolutely beautiful, and I have fallen in love with many. It is very rare I walk away without a new fish to add to my collection. The advice and recommendations for looking after your fish and your pond is outstanding. And I have to say I find myself going every other week just to have a chat and a cuppa. And the auctions every week have me glue to my seat and sitting on my hands trying not to bid. But as any koi lover will know, when you fall in love. You just got to have it. Haha. Thank you Elite koi team for making me so welcome and allowing me to join a great group of people who all have a love for the beautiful Koi.
