Catastrophic Losses Followed by Unauthorized Charges - Avoid at All Costs
I invested in their automated trading bot (EA) with real funds. I experienced consistent losses. All invested funds were lost by May of last year, at which point I stopped using their service entirely. The promised "elite" performance resulted in loss of capital.
This is where the situation turned from poor performance to what feels like a scam. After my account was blown out in May 2025, I had no reason to continue the subscription. Elite Forex Trading continued to charge my credit card for subscription without my authorization. When I discovered these charges, I contacted them immediately. They refused to refund. This demonstrates a profound lack of integrity and customer care.

All clients receive clear warnings that only risk capital you can afford to lose should be used, aligning with standard forex trading disclaimers. Subscription Billing Details
Our VPS hosting service includes a yearly recurring fee, which was outlined in your welcome materials and reminders, including the recent notice about contacting us before the January 21, 2026, expiration window. Charges continue via the saved card(on stripe) until proper cancellation occurs, as is standard for subscriptions; no unauthorized billing took place, and you were informed prior to avoid unnecessary charges. It is understandable to feel frustrated after experiencing losses; however, it is not accurate or fair to portray our actions as unethical or deceptive. Our subscription terms, including the recurring nature of the service and the need to cancel prior to the billing date, were clearly communicated and agreed to at the outset.
The subsequent charge occurred because the subscription was still active and had not been cancelled, not because we processed any payment without authorization. Posting a negative review on the basis of a missed cancellation rather than any misconduct on our part does not reflect the full context of the situation.

I ran the Bot for a couple of weeks, it was crap compared to many other companies I have worked with over the last 20+ years and so I asked for a refund.
I then got a really patronising & arrogant email pretty much telling me that I was foolish and that he (KN) doesn't "promote get rich quick systems which maybe you're expecting" He then outright refused any type of refund.
AVOID this guy (KN) and his company. There are plenty of great trading systems, traders and money managers out there and this guy is not one of them.

While we understand your frustration, it’s important to clarify that our system has been successfully used by many traders worldwide, with verified performance results via MYFXBOOK publicly available. Trading outcomes naturally vary depending on multiple factors, including strategy settings, market conditions, and user preferences.
As for our refund policy, it is clearly stated before or prior to making a purchase: due to the nature of our digital product, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
We do not promote “get rich quick” schemes and always encourage realistic expectations. We also welcome questions and support requests to help users optimize their setup and experience.

THE GUY KRISTOFER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, HE CHARGED ME WITH THE VPS DESPITE HALTING THE PROGRAM, HE DIDNT SEND ANY NOTICE BEFORE CHARGING, WHILE HE DID SEND A NOTICE TO MY FATHER AND MOTHERS ACCOUNT, AND HE SAID ITS MY FAULT RATHER THAN ADMITTING HIS OWN MISTAKE, WEVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND STILL BETRAYED. THERE IS ALSO NO LEGAL CONTRACT BINDING OF TERMS OF AGREEMENT, KRISTOFER CANT ADMIT HIS MISTAKE AND WOULD RATHER LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER THAN REFUND A MERE 53$. IVE WORKED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DONT BE DECEIVED BY THEIR NEW PROGRAMS. I REPEAT DONT BUY.
