Elite Cruises Omdömen

Francesca is very open and candid and listened to what I was saying we were looking for. She turned the quote round quickly but there was no pressure to “sell”
I like dealing with someone who has a lot of knowledge of the cruise line I’m thinking of booking with .

Speedy expert response. Knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

Lucky me! First, an incredible 5-star European holiday in September '23 booked by Belinda, an experience I believed could not be replicated. But - to my absolute delight - Belinda did it again, this time on a 3-week holiday my husband and I took to Japan in November. So how did she organise us incredible hotels in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe and Kanazawa, on a smaller budget than the European holiday? She listened! And curated the perfect travel experiences based on what we told her we wanted to do: eat, drink, and avoid touristy traps whilst also enjoying the local experience. Miraculously, she also managed to find gorgeous hotel rooms that gave me the light and space needed for my awful claustrophobia.
Belinda genuinely loves Japan - she has been there a few times - and her insider knowledge was an invaluable help.
Going forward, I would not go anywhere overseas (or in Australia) without Belinda's assistance. She's professional, knowledgable, bubbly, warm and understanding, (even giving me advice on what to do when I was scammed online in Europe. Her advice worked.)
You're not just getting the expertise of a travel professional with Belinda; you're getting a rare gem. As the ad says: don't leave home without [her].

What a superb company! A word of mouth recommendation has turned into the find of the century. Francesca and Stacey are consummate professionals with high EQ and offering an exemplary service. Great communication, problem solving and hassle free holidays booked. They go the extra mile so I don’t have to!

Great service provided by Stacey. She looked into the best room and deck to stay on for noise levels etc we were kept fully informed the whole way. She went the extra mile for us and we would definitely recommend her services.

Great customer service and personal service

Answered all our questions and made our booking with no fuss - very professional and knowledgeable.

Elite Cruises exemplifies professionalism. In my short relationship with Elite and Francesca I recognize a hard working, creative and proactive agency. Francesca is adept at understanding your travel needed and building a perfect holiday around it. Elite is top of the line.

We have been using Francesca for years and the personal service is first class and I always recommend the Company as excellent service.

AN IDEA TO GO TO ANTARCTICA ON A EXPEDITION CRUISE LAST YEAR TURNED INTO THE PLANNING OF A MEGA HOLIDAY OF 10 WEEKS. NOW THE PLANNING IS FINISHED, THE ITINERARY SORTED, AND ALL BOOKED. ALL PUT TOGETHER BY SOMEONE AT ELITE CRUISES WHO WANTED TO ENSURE THAT MY VERY VARIED HOLIDAY WOULD BE THE TRIP OF MY LIFE. THANK-YOU S. NOW LOOKING FORWARD TO COMPLETING THE TRIP AT THE BEGINNING OF NEXT YEAR.

Francesca has booked my cruises for years. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Her colleague Stacey has been marvellous couldn’t do enough to help me. Superb Customer service

As always, Elite delivered. The right cruise, best suite. What more could I ask?

Francesca was recommended to us by another client of hers and I am so glad we decided to approach her to book our next cruise package. She was professional, thorough and incredibly timely with her management of our requests. She is very much like dealing with a good friend who happens to be an excellent travel advisor. We are so pleased so far with both her service, attention to detail and the cruise package she secured for us at last minute! She took time and effort to understand our needs and we never felt rushed or pressured. Just fantastic Francesca! Looking forward to booking through her again!

We got prompt replies to any questions. And the replies were explained, clearly.
The offers were circulated quickly,so we had time to consider them.
We were pleased to be able to book the trip.

After being very disappointed with our cruise agent we had used and spent considerable sums of money with, Francesca is like a breath of fresh air. Always responsive and helpful with literally nothing seeming to be too much trouble.
With being treated like a second hand car salesman by our previous agent in that they are difficult to get hold of once they have your business, Francesca and Stacey of Elite Cruises are the way to go for us now and in the future.

Francesca provides an excellent service - friendly, approachable, but also bringing both professionalism and experience that comes with her may years in the business.
Looking forward to working with her in the future and highly recommended.

I have never been on a Cruise before, so had no idea where to start. Francesca and Stacey made the whole process so easy and their suggestions were perfect for what I had asked for. They didn’t mind how many questions I asked , they were so helpful I would highly recommend.
I can’t wait for my first Cruise holiday !

Francesca and Stacey were super responsive and helpful and secured a fantastic cruise at a great price in less than 48 hours! Would recommend.

I can highly recommend Francesca for your next cruise booking. She is responsive, attentive and persistent. You can count on her to manage your booking and get the best deal. Her experience in the industry and excellent relationships with the top cruise companies means you are in the safest of hands.
