I don’t often write reviews, but Elite Biogenix deserves this one. From start to finish, my experience was smooth and fast. It was honestly much better than I expected after seeing some negative comments on Trustpilot. Once you order from them, it’s clear those reviews don’t reflect the company at all.

Everything I received was high-quality, clean, and consistent. You can tell they take their standards seriously. Communication was quick, shipping was reliable, and they package everything with care. It feels great to work with a company that delivers what they promise.

Superior in all aspects of business. Got a problem, solved. Got a question, answered. Want products that are what they actually say they are, done. Stop shopping for a deal when elite is the gold standard.

Team at EliteBiogenix are among the best, professional, customer focused you will do business with. I have placed multiple orders and had no issues in any way, shape or form. I do use Zelle for my purchases. Just follow the instructions. Like many others here that can speak of their great experience, I’m happy to provide a truthful testimony.

Every order has been delivered promptly, and products are high quality.

I have made over 15 purchases from this site. I pay with Zelle. No issues. I just put my order number in the Zelle notes. Never waited more than 3 days for a package. It always comes USPS. Wrapped very well. Never had an issue. Never had a missed product. I seen some of the reviews on this page. It's clearly some people with a motive. They're not actual customers. I doubt it if they are. They're making shit up. I also have an email from every order with status and tracking number.

Don't overthink it, just buy. Quality products, fast shipping and excellent customer service. You want a no BS approach to your health? Buy from ELITE!!

I placed my last order on a Tuesday and got it by the end of the week, well packed and seems to be good quality. I’ve ordered a few times and never had the slightest issue. Those that I personally know that have ordered have never had any problems either. The other reviews that are less than perfect seem to be people who didn’t read and are upset that they assumed incorrectly.

I saw this score and got worried. I had already purchased a lot of items from the website and began using the peptides just this week. THEN I read the reviews and I'm not so worried.

Looks like a lot of people that don't understand what it means to use an acct/routing number as well as those looking for next day delivery. It's crazy how fractured someone can become if credit card, an app, or PayPal isn't an option.

It's takes a few days for the order to arrive but it's nothing to have a meltdown over. Give it a week. For every order, I received tracking info within a day or two (give grace with weekends) and each order arrived on time if not a day early based on the tracking.

I plan to test these out for 45-60 days then (maybe) try another company that provides the same level testing if I feel the need.

Also, the responses from the company are on the money. Customer Service is important but if the customer is rude or uneducated about how payments/deliveries work, you need to be straightened out. Got forbid you have to copy and paste a tracking number as opposed to clicking a link.

End of the day, for the average customer, I have no complaints. If a REAL concern come up, I'll be back. Otherwise, I appreciate the info, products and constant communication that follows with every order

There are misconceptions about payment methods that are used for legal reasons. Zelle payments are as safe as your bank is. No problems whatsoever. Quality products. Will order more when I run out

Please inform the customer of inventory issues at the time of purchase. Then we can make a decision based on honest information provided.

Terrible and incompetent customer service. As an avid fan of Dr Trevor, I was wholeheartedly set on supporting this peptide company. After a missing shipment, I contacted their customer service for assistance only to receive an attitude from their inexperienced customer service staff. I responded letting them know to better their customer service understanding and approach only to have Sean (one of the owners apparently) tell me that he didnt want my customership any longer. With absolutely no worries, I said no problem. I still havent received their product. Please dont support these silly small companies, take your business to more established businesses like Peptide Sciences.

I was recommended Elite Biogenix by a friend who said he'd heard about this place. I ordered a TB500 BPC 157 research pack, along with two other items but they didn't send the BPC 157. I emailed them but they told me it was sent. I tried to reason with them but they replied and mocked me and told me I'm making it up. In their last response they said they will ignore my emails, and if I wanted to chat then I can reach out to the owner on Instagram. I guess he's somebody involved with the company. After looking up this guy and asking my friend, I found him on Instagram. I tried to include that "doctor's" name in this review but he and elitebiogenix flagged this review, so I'm having to remove his name even though he's the owner. I tried to reach out to him but it's been a few more days and nothing (his IG says "responds within minutes", so I guess he is ignoring me).

If I just wanted to lie to get a free vial of BPC157 I wouldn't go through all this trouble of emailing and reaching out, waiting and now leaving this review -- Common sense would tell them maybe "oops we forgot to send it", let's send him a vial and if this becomes a pattern then we will go from there. It's fine - the world is full of clowns. Good thing there's other reputable suppliers -- I suggest you go there. You can see from their response that they're lying. There is no picture, otherwise they would have sent it to me when I initially emailed them. Instead they were mad that I said please send me vial or I will have to go elsewhere. They didn't like that I said I would go elsewhere. My order was successfully delivered and 3 of the 4 vials were successfully delivered to me - it was just the one (1) missing vial. I tried to reason with them, but they denied it. My guess is the person who packs the order misread the line that says "TB-500 BPC-157 Research pack" and read it too quickly, seeing only the "TB-500" and forgetting the BPC-157 (the vial that was missing). I don't know why you failed to put it in there but you didn't put it in there. And not only that, you were ultra rude and distasteful. No tact, no professionalism.

....I’m actually inclined to just move on and let you have the money - just out of compassion for whatever wicked things are going on in your life that cause you lash out and lie the way you do, over a measly vial. As of matter of fact, you keep that money, use it to buy a few homeless veterans a meal. Take care, sorry we couldn’t continue in business together.
