We are one stop shop for all what you need at your project. We do all kinds of new build, extension, restoration, garage and barn conversions, renovation and property maintenance job; we specialize in extensions and barn conversions. There is no work which we can't do. Big project-that's not a problem for us. Difficult and unusual orders are always welcome; no jobs below £10K; however we can offer amazing prices for projects £100K+ Also we don't work as subcontractors; we only accept jobs directly from investors. At this moment we are working in multi-skilled team mainly doing extensions including full houses refurbishments so we can do all what your house need with no exception. Also we have done quite a lot of commercial projects like pubs and restaurants. We are able to provide references from over 300 jobs done all over UK. We can build in block+render, facing brick, timber as well as any stone or steel/aluminium and glass construction. You are more than welcome to visit us before, during and after any project; just to confirm that we are always working with high standard both finish and customer services. Additionally we always provide own architect and building inspector, We can grant planning permission, provide building control and supply structural reports including calculations. Unfortunately due to increased quantity of customers which changed mind in last moment from January 2017 we sign written contracts for all our projects. Also we charge 5% deposit for all booked projects;10% if we supply all materials and building control or architectural drawings. We offer high range of bespoke kitchens and furniture. We can make any wood, any finish, any glazing, any thickness and any shape: - kitchen to match your requirement - doors and windows(even sash one) - furniture - wardrobes - staircases - etc. If you are able to show photo or draw it, we are able to make it. Showroom coming soon… We are open for all projects propositions with no exception. We can provide exact quote free of charge for any project so you know exact cost before you you make any drawings or apply for planning permission and if you decide to go ahead with us we will provide all drawings and grant planning permission for you free of charge. Avoid Elite Bespoke Construction Ltd - Non-compliant work and false credentials

Date of experience: September 2025
Severe breach of contract, major structural defects, and false credentials by Elite Bespoke Construction Limited.

WARNING: This trader previously operated as DSM Construction Services Ltd before changing the company name to Elite Bespoke Construction Limited (Company No: 15822274) in December 2024. He also has a history with DSM Builders (Lincs) Ltd, which is currently in liquidation.
I have terminated my contract with Damian Madej / Elite Bespoke Construction Limited due to a catastrophic failure to deliver. I am currently seeking damages for the following:

1. Misleading Credentials: I discovered after signing that the builder’s claims of being a member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and Trustmark were false. He was reportedly expelled from the FMB in 2023. This constitutes a serious misrepresentation of professional standing.

2. Major Structural Defects: Work completed to date (Stage 4 of 10) must now be demolished. The structure does not comply with architectural drawings, planning permission, or building regulations. Specific failures include:
•Building 2.50cm from the boundary instead of the required 3.15cm, obstructing a neighbour’s drainpipe.
• Failure to install a sewage pipe as per drawings.
•Missing insulation and poor-quality brickwork that did not utilise a spirit level.
•Inaccessible drainpipes trapped between structures.

3. Financial & Management Issues: Despite being paid in full and receiving advances, the builder failed to pay his subcontractors or order materials on time. He eventually admitted to cashflow problems and attempted to use coercive pressure for further advances.

4. Conduct: Communication was unprofessional and abusive. I have had to report offensive and insulting text messages to the police. The project is currently 5 months overdue and requires a total rebuild by a competent contractor.

5. Due Diligence Warning (The 'Phoenix' Pattern): Director Damian Madej previously operated DSM Builders (Lincs) Ltd (Co No: 11341719), which is now in liquidation. He then traded as DSM Construction Services Ltd, renaming it to Elite Bespoke Construction Limited in December 2024. This appears to be a tactic to distance the business from a track record of liquidated companies, multiple CCJs, and professional expulsions.

Summary: Avoid this builder at all costs. I am sharing this to prevent others from experiencing the financial and emotional distress this company has caused.

We provided services for this company…

We provided services for this company and are still owed payment. The business owner made a few small payments only after I left an honest review on Google, and repeatedly asked me to remove it before paying the remaining amount.

Since posting my review, several other negative reviews appeared on their Google Business Profile. Shortly after, the entire Google listing was removed, but the details still appear through Google AI, confirming the previous reviews existed.

The owner has avoided paying the outstanding balance for over a year, despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
