SCAM! Stepper bestellt & nie erhalten. Keiner antwortet. Ich werde meine Rechtsschutzversicherung einschalten, hab allerdings wenig Hoffnung.

Bonjour je vois que beaucoup de personne ont eu la même expérience que moi , j’ai reçu aussi un simple élastique et pas le stepper , j’ai envoyé plusieurs mail où il dise qu ils font une enquête interne et puis plus de nouvelles. Je viens de demander un remboursement mais au vu des autres commentaire , je pense que c’est fichu .

Totaal niks ontvangen van mijn bestelling en ook geen antwoord gekregen op mijn mail hieromtrent.

Na 2 weken enkel het elastiek ontvangen. Intussen mail 3 verstuurd en buiten een automatisch gegenereerd standaardantwoord geen sluitend antwoord of reactie.
Gezien de reviews was het inderdaad 50/50 of het betrouwbaar was, dus duidelijk niet.

Beware ! Elisirofficiel.com is a fraud. Same experience as the others. Ordered a stepper late Feb and only received an elastic. Despite numerous emails, never got any answer. Do not order !!
Beware : as you can see below, ElisirOfficial uses a bot to respond to bad reviews. Even if you contact them , they do not answer and you will not receive the correct item. This website is a SCAM !

Like so many others I purchased the Home Twist Stepper and ended up with purple rubber band / elastics.

They promised to send a new separate package with the Home Twist Stepper, but it is all fraud and a big scam!! Don't let this website fool you.

I have received the same standard reply from them every time I have tried to email them except the first day I wrote my complain 10th april 2026.

Otherwise they just answer this: "Thank you for your message regarding your order #3521. To effectively track your shipment, please ensure that you follow these steps on our website: 1. So be aware and don't let them fool you. Your money is lost and they won't admit to their scam.

SCAM I ordered the Home twist stepper and I received a totally different item (a rubber band). The item appears to be delivered when I track it on the website, but they sent a completely different item.
I get bot responses in my emails. I ordered after an Instagram ad.

i dont even try the product!! because the costumer service didnt reply to any of my emails about the order. They get paid and afterwards didnt care about the shipping??

Total effing scam. Why didn’t I check TrustPilot first, kicking myself now. I even took out the shipping protection but that is a scam too! Do not buy from this company.

Like the other people, I got just a simple pink rubber instead of the Home Twister.
And the support answers are just standardized

Schandalig frauduleus bedrijf !!! Step besteld en betaald en nooit iets ontvangen !! Krijg geen reactie op mails.
Hoop echt dat deze site van het internet gehaald wordt. Echte bedriegers zijn het !!!

Auch ich bin in die Abzockefalle gelatscht und habe billige Stretchbänder statt Stepper bekommen. Zweimal nachgefragt und nichtssagende Mails bekommen. Das Geld ist weg. Mist! Es gibt auf der Homepage etc. nur die eine sinnlose eMail Adresse, die standardmäßig freundlich von der KI beantwortet wird. Dieselbe KI, die hier die frustrierten Bewertungen kommentiert. Kauft dort bloß nix!

Ware kam nie an.
Laut Lieferstatus wurde es zugestellt jedoch nicht bei mir, keine Ahnung wo mein Paket tatsächlich ist. Nach 3 maliger Kontaktaufnahme mit elisir kommen nur Standardmails wo darin steht dass ich meine Lieferung hier verfolgen kann. Volle abzocke hier bestelle ich nie wieder und würde auch jedem davon abraten

Grosse arnaque, on paye pour un stepper et on ne reçoit qu’une vulgaire corde ! Aucune réponse de leur part même après les avoir contacté.

Site à fuir. ARNAQUE! Même souci que tout le monde ici, article reçu non conforme à la commande. Un Pauvre gadget élastique en guise de Home Twist Stepper. un service client réactif (très certainement un bot) mais qui tourne en rond et ne rembourse pas.
Signalement effectué auprès du service de répression des fraudes.

Helaas heb ik alleen een elastiek ontvangen ipv de 2 steps

Ze zouden de steps nog nasturen, met een paar dagen. Maar ondertussen zijn we weken verder. Krijg ik geen reactie meer en is er geen track & trace .. aangezien ik er 2 betaald heb hoop ik echt dat elisir met een oplossing komt voordat ik verdere stappen ga ondernemen

I would give 0 stars, if I could. Exactly the same as many others, I paid for the twister and all I received was a cheap resistance band in an envelope instead. Customer service messages are AI jargon without any true commitment to resolving the issue. If you have issues with your warehouse or your courier service as a company, the customer is not obligated to wait until you resolve it. You do the right thing by offering a refund and then you resolve it with your partners. I am looking into getting legal help or support from my bank on the issue. To others: DON'T ORDER, THIS IS A SCAM.

DO NOT BUY anything from this company.
There a true scam and I have proof of it!!!!

They don't care if you receive the product or not. And if you ask them to get a solution they send you the same message over and over again without really resolving anything.
I have been told to be patient since about 2 weeks now ...

I only received a rubbish pink elastic and that's it.

No solution so far!!!
