Very good support. Customer service is responsive via email. My website was experiencing a technical issue, and they fixed things quickly. Thank you.

They have great support team. They solve my every problem, and also they teach me how to resolve it for future in case if its happened. I would suggest if you have any problem once contact them.

Unfortunately, this is the worst possible experience one would expect by any company that is still in business. After I hired a professional to install one of their plugins, a plugin recommended by WooCommerce, he was directed to install 2 more plugins that evidently had to go with it. From that point forward it was over a month of several emails a night (because of the time zone) and 5 days a week (because why stand behind your product when it is the weekend) before I finally pulled the plug and had to have these hideous things removed. The plugins all together were double charging clients, billing clients in the cart for the shipping of items their plugin arbitrarily removed from the cart, the website crashing, the plugin charging for insurance that the insurance carrier never knew existed, along with too many errors to count in the basic operation of what the plugin was supposed to do…including my personal favorite of the checkout math…the actual addition of the cost of the products…being wrong…they missed the addition! Every time Akash tried to fix something more things would go wrong, but most of the time he would claim things were fixed without even looking at the site to check. Bad company, bad products, and horrible support…but hey, they give a money back guarantee after the cost thousands of dollars of damage they caused.

As others have mentioned, the ELEX WooCommerce Australia Post Shipping Plugin does not work out of the box.
You have to go through a lot of configuration and even then many of the options do not work correctly, and require hacks, workarounds or additional plugins.

Even their online demo which should showcase their product in the best light does not display all Startrack shipping options (only Fixed Price Premium).

Their customer service is friendly but doesn't answer any of your questions or assist with technical support (even if you provide the console outputs they request).

Additionally, when there is a Postcode/State/Suburb mismatch, there are no Startrack results returned and no error message displayed to the user. They replied that it's not possible to display an error message, but we use another plugin with this same API for our internal database which does show an useful error message in this scenario - I provided this to them and they did not respond.

We have purchased this plugin anyway and are using a separate plugin to validate the address prior so we don't have to deal with the "no results" issue.

Most of the packing options do not work correctly but I found if you pack all items into a magic box measuring 1x1x1 0kg, with internal dimensions of 9999x9999x9999 9999kg then you can get accurate weight-based group shipping rates.

The returned rates and timeframes do work and are accurate (but only with hacks and workarounds in the packing strategy, and a 3rd party address validation plugin).

After lengthy back and forth with their customer service over a period of a month, they did not offer any support so I gave up and posted this review. Now they are suddenly offering support in their public response.

Always having problems, no support, Australian times don't match USA, passwords don't work, resets never arrive, continuous issues. Just too hard.

I've been super impressed with ELEXtensions. We use one of their premium plugins for WooCommerce, which is really nice. And when there was a conflict with an obscure plugin we use, they responded really quickly and had a fix for the issue within a couple of days. Amazing customer service!

I logged a ticket 2 days ago for their request a quote plugin. Today they sent me a small update and notified me that they will also include it as an official fix in a new version soon. I am very happy with this outcome and how quick it was!

I also make use of their plugins on several websites and it has been working really well.

Fantastic plug in and works great while it is working. Have had a few issues, 1 not showing options for shipping which we have forwarded multiple emails from customers with screenshots, they pay not attention to it and don't try to help. Most recently EVERY label created creates 2 labels in Australia Post system, gave access to site, they say the can not reproduce, even though EVERY order is doing it.
So disappointing that a great app is tarnished with extremely poor support from people that have no care.

These developers are awesome and trust me they are truly certified. I was on the phone with Saumya Nayak, he helped me resolve a lot of issues with creating shipping labels. I never knew I was doing things wrongly until he called me and ran me through the whole process. now everything is working perfectly fine with shipping. I can't thank him enough and also for providing a seamless solution to shipping with WordPress. Thumbs up guys!!!

Very good customer service. I am using Elex catalog mode and price role bases. Each time I need some help, the customer service answers very quickly and always find a solution.

the plugin is exactly how we expected it, we have been using it for a few months now, and the support is super good and friendly, I think this is the best available solution for all woo-commerce websites when it comes to shipping.

The plugin is excellent, it works flawlessly and the documentation is very useful, I had a slight misunderstanding with setting up one of the rules and contacted their support who were very keen to help me out and went well out of their way to make sure I understood how it worked and even sorting out some very trivial issues that I had to make sure my experience was 100%. Will definitely be using more of their plugins in the future

I've been using there bulk editor for a few years now been amazing, ran in to a issue where it was getting stuck on the Updating products page and not finishing the edit.

Elex support was very helpful from the point our plugin stop working because USPS made a change on their side. I opened a ticket with support and Sidhartha helped me with getting me in contact with USPS and then assisting me with the plugin to make sure it's working. It was a great experience.

I bought some plugins for my eCommerce store, initally I had some issues (the multivendor plugin was causing issues).
