The customer service people are great. I needed to call a couple of times with questions. They were polite, professional and most helpful. From the time that I saw the doctor to the time my state notified me that I was legal to go purchase medical marijuana was around 20 hours. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I highly recommend them.

I love Elevate / Greenlight Dispensary
I love Elevate / Greenlight Dispensary. I scored a 3 because Elevate closed the Bluefield location. Yes, there is still Greenlight in Princeton which is a 12 mile drive…. Why should I drive 12 miles when Bear River Dispensary opened up in the same building where Greenlight used to be….. which is less than 2 miles away. I protested the closure to Elevate but you didn’t listen …. You lost my business because of this decision…. You really should not have closed the Bluefield location……
