"I left a high-flying, comfortable career in the Indian Army in search of growth in Australia. Despite having an MBA and certifications like PgMP and PMP, I landed here as a 'clean slate.' I had no idea how things worked here.

I joined Elevar’s 8-week career coaching program at a time when I was genuinely struggling to understand my career direction and whether I should be competing in highly saturated graduate programs.

During the initial clarity call, Pan helped me realise that my capabilities were already above traditional graduate-level expectations and encouraged me to focus on roles aligned with that level, rather than underselling myself.
