What an absolute joke of a company! Ordered item! Came! Looks nothing like the picture! Faulty and poor quality! Can see from the pictures I sent them its faulty but won’t return or refund the item! Stay clear from this shambles of a company!

Total scam never delivered and no response to customers service !!!!!!

Can’t give any less than 1 star unfortunately, all fake products, sizing/ fitment all wrong. After seeing their add on Facebook in summer 2025 I bought a few summer sets I’ve returned the items and haven’t heard nothing since I’m now going through Royalmails claim procedures to claim back the cost of the parcel that miraculously was “lost”.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!

Scam, just like everyone else says. Uses actual brand name product photos and trademarking illegally on their site. I purchased from Instagram from them and subsequent attempts to visit their website, I was blocked repeatedly due to security. Even the tracking site was suspect. Multiple emails with a customer service bot named Sarah yielded only discounts on future orders. The site stated "FREE RETURNS" so when they refused, I filed disputes with my credit card company. GET YOUR MONEY BACK! you'll end up keeping the crap products anyway.

do not use under any circumstances, shirts I ordered came in the wrong sizes and wrong colours and they refused to replace them or reimburse me.
They should be shut down and not allowed to trade!

Dealing with the company started well but as previous persons remarks I experienced exactly the same issue. It would have cost me £22 to return to China and was offered 50% off to keep it without a refund. I'm still waiting for a code. I wish I had read the reviews before buying.

Fake, overpriced and poor quality products !! This company has a nice professional looking website but don't be fooled they only sell fake products as I found out when I Purchased 2 tops from them, when I contacted customer service they gave me 2 options which was to send them back at my own cost knowing that I would have to return them back to China which would be expensive or I could have 50% off my next order. Avoid this company at all costs, I only wish I had read the reviews before purchasing

Got sent a horrible Lacoste polo which was so poor it was laughable.

Chinese scam posing as a UK based seller.. Read the majority of reviews they speak for themselves.. No such thing as a refund! Just the generic copy past reply from "Sarah" if your reading this I'm guessing your in the same boat so just report to TS and hope the bank can refund you..

Just a scam site, will take weeks to arrive and what will arrive will just be cheap rubbish.DO NOT order from here.

Ordered a pair of sandals, given a tracking number but received a nasty cheap pink sparkly plastic iPhone cover labelled “free gift”!!
On raising this via e-mail (the only option) and providing photos requested I then received a message stating they had “proof of delivery of a package”. I did, but not what was ordered.
Constant apology e-mails but never received my order.
I gave up in the end but raised a claim with my Credit card company.
DO NOT USE!

Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, only to discover it was counterfeit goods. Quality was shocking and miles too small (I'm an XL and what arrived was bordeline kid's size). Had to get card company to refund me as the 'company' refused. They portray themselves as a respectable, London-based business but it's all knock-off tat from China. Don't waste your time or money.

DO NOT BIUY. Looks like a legitimate company in London slick marketing and good website but it’s a scam . The items are all fake . Lacost shirt arrives no manufactures label no care label . Garment looks good but one wash at 30 degrees and it shrunk to half the size . I asked them why no labels twice and they ignored it any return options are impossible to comply with or cost you more money . But at your peril

Totally fake stay well away not based in London at all. All comes from china take 3 weeks for poor quality and so fake you can tell a mile off

Product inferior copy and comes from China. I have been ignored on two occasions when attempting to return. Not usually taken in by this but unfortunately have been well and truly had. Please don't be taken in by this company, good marketing, looks like a London business on the face of things but.....
