Inaccurate. For example, there was no mention of the fact that the unit had to be free standing. We needed something that would operate in a built in space.
The listing for the product online was a bait and switch as much as we can tell. There was language that was misleading and did not fulfill our expectations in any way. The return offer was ridiculous. For example, we could keep the item for a refund of 18 dollars.

24,000 BTU mini split part replacement
I ordered a 24,000 BTU mini split. One of the two tube (large one - gas tube) has a kink in it. I contacted Electriclife via email. Amanda promptly respond and assure me they will replace the tube. I received the replacement the very next day.

Friendly Experience
The customer service representative I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and resolve my issue. I was really impressed with the level of service I received.
BeWARE! I purchased a 9x17 portable garage
I purchased a 9x17 portable garage in June. When having it put together ONE pole was incorrect. I contacted the company who asked if I could "fix it and use it anyway".
It was not possible to make a male/female pole with out compromising the integrity of the pole. They offered to send me $30 as compensation. I informed them I was $300 out of pocket bc of the delay with the workmen. They then said "bc of logistics" they were unable to send just one pole bc "it's too long" Trustpilot asked for a review at this time and I gave a negative, based on the interactions. Electriclife emailed stating the would not send the pole until I removed the review. I did. Instead, they sent an entire box of poles. The entire structure is flimsy, even bolted into concrete pads. I will NEVER deal with this company again. They can only be reached by email and instead of helping me, I now have an entire box of poles, and they blackmailed me to get those!

I got it for my wife who has had some minor back aches. She says she is very happy with the product and feels much better after using it. That makes me feel better, knowing she feels much better.
Solid looking piece
Package came fast and in good shape as advertised. Did not use it yet but it looks very solid.
I received a broken product
I received a broken product. Eletriclife has graciously told me I do not have to return it and they refunded the purchase price. I'm grateful because it would have been a huge hassle for me. Customer service was very responsive and in a matter of a few days, the issues were addressed. I will order again from them in the future.

Products arrived quickly
Products arrived quickly. Had to return due to not working for my application. Customer service was excellent with a full refund minus shipping, of course. Would highly recommend.

Electriclife is an awesome company. They standout in their customer service and stand behind their products. I had to contact one of their representative for help with an issue I was having. This representative went out of her way to help me. I had had some health issues and this representative from Electrilife emailed to check on how I was doing. They truly care about their customers. This is why I give them five stars.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. If you have an issue with a purchase, your only form of communication is through e-mail and you need to send photos and video and have to ship it back at your cost. The customer service phone number is to the shipping house and they will not answer any questions. I finally gave up, but will never purchase from this company again.
