The delivery method to be worked on.…

The delivery method needs to be worked on. That particular week there was a hugh cold from moving across the country. So my package was shipped thru multiple states and this rhe timeline changed daily. This might have been part of the problem.

The service was fine - it's a nice "fireplace "

The service was fine. What I dislike about it is the fake flames that are WAY too high and they look as fake as they truly are. Flames shouldn't be the whole height of the back of the fireplace. It looks like flames from a house or forest fire. There should be a way to lower the height to make it look more normal. Other than that, I was going to send it back, but figured the return would be too expensive.

Bad business practices--ripped off

I purchased the desk and after receiving it I realized it was not going to fit into the designated space in my new home. I had correspondence with the company, they sent a form to attach to the box and a pick up was arranged. The box was in perfect shape --never opened. About 10 days later I received the item back, this time with a damaged box that I did not have anything to do with. I will never work with this company again.

Paid extra $10 for 10-day shipping

I had free shipping for the product, but paid an additional $9.99 for expedited shipping to ensure I received the package before Christmas. I ordered on December 18th and still did not receive the package until December 28th! 10 days after paying an extra $10 for shipping. I want my money back for paying for the extra "fast" shipping. Would not order from this company again.

I'm 80 years old and I'm retired nurse. It gives me great pleasure to have dealt with a company that did everything they said they would do. If they said they would call-they called. I made the mistake in ordering a treadmill that wasn't right for me. Yet they treated me with respect, You can be sure that I will deal with them when I have a need.
