This is my 2nd time purchasing a product from Elenker and both have been great.
This time I purchased a standing walker for my mother. Unfortunately, it did not work out for her because it was too heavy. After conversing with their customer service, they referred me to their service department. The service department help me find a lighter walker and instructions on returning and getting a full refund for the 1st walker. It was easy, they always answered all my questions right away, and were in constant contact. We are very happy with the new walker and I received my refund immediately!

I received an all terrain rollator from one of my sons asca gift 3 years ago. It is a great rollator, but customer service is a joke! I've had 2 parts fall off, and when I contact them for buying replacements, they want the order number. My son purchased this for me, I don't have that information. I do have the assembly manual. Their customer service is non existent.

Great product and quick delivery. I had a small issue that was immediately handled by the customer support line. I'm very satisfied.

When I had an issue with assembling the rollator, and I contacted service they were immediately helpful in correcting the issue. I made an error and they fixed it and explained my mistake and when you get quality service like this, I am in the process of buying a second rollator from them to keep in my SUV,

When my cup holder was missing I contacted Elenker and they were able to send a replacement. They treated me like a valued customer. They were very kind, courteous and professional. I received the cup holder. Thank you so very much. I really appreciate it and you.
