This is a fraud website they take order and get your valuable money but do not deliver material do not deliver material never reply or phone or email.

Electropi is a fraudulent company. I ordered some components from them around a week back. There is absolutely no communication from them. They don't reply to emails and never answer their phone number mentioned on their website. I have lodged a complaint with cyber crime and also with Cashfree, their payment gateway. It makes me wonder how Cashfree continues to be associated with thieves.

We have ordered for DB9 Female Screw Terminal to RS232 RS485 Conversion Board qty 393 at Rs54+ , we needed 500nos but site said they have only 393 in stock , so we booked it and send the payment , we received confirmation and it shows in order history too, it was on date 26/03/2026 but it is showing tht goods will be despatched on 6april 2026 which is of no use for us, so we tried calling the mob no provided on site 9311093892 but as expected it rings but no one lift the phone call. On mail they dont reply , we are placing FIR with police and cyber fraud department , please dont deal with this party , they are fraud.

garbage, i had an ordeer of about 6k rs, they failed to deliver it. complete dogshit, do not buy, they didnt even render customer service, its a scam site.

Do NOT order from Electropi. I placed a prepaid order worth ₹17,580 in early January and it is now March 4th - over 2 months later - and I have received absolutely nothing.

Every time I follow up, I get the exact same automated reply saying my order will be "dispatched in 2-3 days" and that tracking details will be shared. This same copy-paste message has been sent to me repeatedly for over two months. No tracking. No shipment. No resolution.

Their customer care phone line goes unanswered. There is no real human support whatsoever - just bots and automated emails designed to stall you. This is not a delay, this is a scam.

They took full prepaid payment and have no intention of delivering the product. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this website and file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or the Cyber Crime portal (cybercrime.gov.in) if you've been similarly cheated.

Beware - this website is fraud.

I ordered Rs.700 components but they not shipped till 1 month passed. After many email communication finally I threatend about lodging complaint in cyber security and surprisingly very next day they shipped Item and within 4 days I received it. But after opening I found that one Rs.220 item missing. So I request do not buy any product from electropi.in they are unreachable cheater.

We placed an order with ElectroPi and even paid extra for faster delivery, yet the order was not shipped even after many days. There were no proactive updates, no clear shipping date, and no accountability from their side.
If your project depends on timely delivery, Don not order from this site!

This is fraud website which uses google ads to promote ads and appear sponsor list I've order 1 order on 16 feb 26 and second 28 feb and now I've waiting for come my delivery but no response I've call alot or email but theirs is no response then I've found on trust pilot where alot of people have been facing same issues. I regret it why did i purchase or some discount i should check out this website on trust pilot so i would be careful. Sucks website

This is a fake company! I placed an order two weeks ago. Nothing has been dispatched, they refuse to answer calls or respond to my emails. Please under any cost,DO NOT place an order with them

This is definitely a fraud website. I do not understand why Google is showing it on top despite numerous reporting. It’s been a month and still not dispatched my order.
