Order incomplete
I ordered two ESP32-CAM boards one:
ESP32-CAM Plus Development Board With OV5640 Camera SKU: DEV-02-025
and two:
ESP32-CAM WiFi Bluetooth Camera Development Board with OV5640 Camera SKU: DEV-02-023
I did not receive the ESP32-CAM nor the OV5640 camera just the shield that was part of the second item odereded. Sent an email to Electropeak from their website about the shortage and it has been over a week and I have received no reply.

First dishonest
First, when I bought the bread board, it said it was a single pack of 10. When it arrived, there was just one. The invoice that came with it clearly indicated it was a 10 pack. I tried to respond with email, but it was an invalid email. I found another email sent that twice and I have never heard a word from them. I definitely would never recommend purchasing from these people or this business.

The item pictured was not the item sent. The part fit but without the extra solder grips. I wouldn’t have bought them knowing this. And because of the shipping time I could not return them I glued the potentiometers on the pcb. Should have to have done that.

Unbeatable prices
Unbeatable prices, free shipping and great packaging. I ordered over 30 different components and they all arrived undamaged, but they accidentally sent a different type/part/model of scalpel that I ordered. Besides that, I am very pleased by the service I got.

Good first experience.
The entire order was slow getting out the door so they bumped entire order to faster shipping. That would be first for me. For a couple day issue was exemplary solution.
The tech staff was attentive to my questions and sales questions were handled quickly and mostly from onscreen chat. I usually dont give glowing review for first order but Im comfortable this time.

All items received as expected
All items received as expected, the parts I ordered are working fine. I was a little nervous when the order tracking said shipped and hadn't received it yet. Shipped seems to mean it made it to USA, their tracking doesn't go past that, probably to keep costs down. I appreciate the lower prices, and the items did come as expected.

All items delivered and correct. Delivery was within expected time.
To be frank, I was initially concerned with whether I would receive my products or not, but ElectroPeak is 100% a trustworthy and cheaper alternative for electronics that are not immediately needed.
I will purchase from here again.
