Electronic Express - Florence Omdömen 30

Bought this whirlpool pair & the dryer broke first time we used it. Drum liner came out factory defective. Called the store to report it. Was told it was a warranty claim & they are usually very quick. That was on 4/28/2026. Repair company calls to schedule on 5/4/2026 & said they can come out on 5/5/26. I was informed they did not even receive the repair request till 5/1/2026. Repair company said they will come out and look at it then whirlpool will send repair parts to my house then they will come back & fix it. I was told that is the way it works not the repair company's fault. Long story short family of 4 no washer and dryer. Didn't buy a new washer and dryer to have to go to a laundry mat or live in dirty laundry till a BRAND NEW dryer gets fixed. Florence Al store manager and district manager would not replace it. A good business should stand behind the products it sales or not carry the product in store. Looks like it will be 2 weeks or more with no dryer. I would give the STORE and WHIRLPOOL 0 stars if I could. Never buying from Electronics Express again. I will get rid of the pair at a loss once the dryer is repaired and will go with a better business and brand for piece of mind for my family. Better price not worth the garbage service and support.

I was ready to buy a dishwasher. I went to another store first, and they didn’t take any time to tell me the features of anything. Just pointed at them and said, “Here they are.” So I left. Walked into Electronic Express, and was immediately greeted with a friendly welcome. He introduced us to Priestly, the manager, who was very knowledgeable about dishwashers and super nice to boot. He answered every question I had, and gave me pros and cons for the ones I liked. We did buy a dishwasher. I love it, and I will definitely be going back to this store in Florence for all my appliance needs. Customer service means a lot, and they have very nice and helpful employees at this store.

From the time i walked in the door, the team(staff) descended on me and were kind, knowledgeable and super helpful! asking the right questions from me & each other.. Highly impressed with this group!

Great prices. I bought an HP laptop that was the newest model and it was on sale. Plus it was tax-free weekend. I think the sales mans name was Jared, he was very helpful.
