I’ve been going to my electrolysis specialist Svitlana for over a year now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. She is incredibly professional, thorough, and always maintains a very clean and hygienic environment, which made me feel comfortable from day one.

Before starting treatment, I struggled a lot with unwanted hair, but thanks to her expertise and care, I’ve seen amazing, lasting results — my hair has not grown back, and it’s made such a difference in my confidence.

She truly knows what she’s doing and takes the time to do everything properly. I highly recommend her to anyone considering electrolysis. She made my life easier ❤️

Svitlana is an amazing electrologist and I’m so glad I found her. She is highly professional, very skilled, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the treatments. The hygiene of her premises is excellent, everything is spotless and very safe, which gave me confidence from the start.

She also always takes the time to explain and reassure, which makes a big difference if you’re nervous about starting electrolysis. The results I’ve had have been fantastic, and I can really see the improvement already.

For anyone that wants to start their electrolysis journey, Svitlana is the way to go. My priorities when beginning were to find someone knowledgeable, qualified and hygienic, and she is all of those things, in addition to being a genuinely lovely person.

I went into my consultation having done my research, as given that it is an expensive and long-term commitment, I wanted to ask the right questions so that I could be sure that my electrologist knew what they were doing. During my consultation she gave me all the necessary information, gave me a realistic timeline and did a patch test to see how my skin would react to the treatment.

I've been doing electrolysis on my cheeks, chin and neck with Svitlana for 8 months now and I've seen a significant reduction in hair growth (we began with full clearance of the areas taking 4.5 hours and are now at just over 2 hours and the hairs are now much, much finer and a lot less noticeable). I started this journey after trying almost every kind of laser (some of which made my facial hair much worse), and knowing what I know now I wish I had started so much sooner. I used to need to shave my face and neck every day before work and now I will simply trim down any visible hairs around once a week, if needed.

As mentioned, she is very hygienic (which is of utmost important with this kind of treatment, given that needles are involved) and I have witnessed her start to attentively clean every surface (and everything that the client has touched) after each of my sessions.

If you're someone that's concerned about your skin, Svitlana takes so much care when considering which settings to use, and with me she has followed up multiple times after every appointment to check how my skin has reacted to the treatment. She was even kind enough to read through the ingredients of skincare products I sent to her to confirm which would be best to use post-treatment!

Svitlana really makes an effort to make sure that her clients are as happy as possible (a tiny example being, once I came to my appointment wet from the rain and she covered me with a blanket to make sure I was warm during the session!) and I've never felt anything but comfortable with her.

I'm really grateful to her for how much she's helped my confidence and now, when I look at pictures and see the difference between my face 8 months ago and now, I am almost brought to tears everytime. Thank you Svitlana!

The initial consultation was very thorough and she was very understanding of my goals and root issue causing the hair growth. She was very clear and set out the expectations for treatment. The sessions are as pain free as they can be, it's a calming atmosphere and Svitlana has always been very conscious to adjust settings to accomodate my skin. I really appreciate this as hyperpigmentation and other skin sensitivity has been something she has found the right balance with me so I still have treatment but my skin heals nicely between treatments. The progress is definitely visible over the last 8 months of treatment - I have noticed a big reduction in my hair before each treatment and it's great the see positive results exactly as expected. Svitlana also gave me advice on a face wash to use in between treatments and I really appreciated her time and care with this while I found a new skin care routine that would work while I have electrolysis. 10/10 I cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been coming to Svitlana for Electrolysis consistently for the past few months and have seen impressive results in just a few sessions! She’s very professional and is amazing at her craft and has always answered any questions i’ve had and given me advice on how I can get the best outcome for my treatment.

I’ve tried many other hair removals methods but none has given me the results like electrolysis, I never shave in between sessions so it has made my life so much easier.

Svitlana is such a professional.She is so patient and encouraging.She understands that all clients are not the same and will make the experience as easy as possible for you.Although the procedure in itself is not an easy journey,she is one of the reasons I keep going.I have done almost 2 packages with her and I am glad I chose to do electrolysis with her.

I recently had 3 skin tags removed by Svitlana. I have allergies and contact dermatitis, combined with very sensitive skin. My most problematic area are my underarms. That's where I developed some skin tags which would get itchy from time to time. I am not sure if I would let anyone else (apart from my dermatologist or doctor) touch my underarms, but I have known Svitlana for a long time, and I know if she has any hesitation about anything, she is the first to warn me about it. When I showed Svitlana the skin tags, I was no more worried. I felt completely at ease and fully informed about what will take place during the treatment and what the aftercare will be like. I had skin tags from other body parts removed in the past in a medical centre, and, without exaggeration, I can say the session with Svitlana was just relaxing. I did not feel discomfort I experienced in the past. Svitlana kept in touch with me between the treatment and my follow up apt with her to make sure everything was ok and there weren't any issues. I cared for my skin exactly the way she advised, and it healed completely within 3 weeks. When Svitlana saw my skin again, we had to look for the exact spots where they were as there were no marks left. Svitlana thinks of every single detail and takes excellent care of her clients and their needs. I am so glad I have found her and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much, Svitlana⭐

I saw a few other providers before coming across Svitlana for electrolysis a bit over a year ago. Before finding her I though electrolysis had to be painful and slow, but that turns out not the be true if the person doing it is talented enough, and Svitlana is! On top of that, she couldn’t be more lovely and calm, which makes seeing her a total pleasure.

I did electrolysis with Svetlana in the entire back area, (a large area that requires a lot of time). Svetlana is very professional, a perfectionist, and does the work at the highest level, without ripping off, very high quality work and over time. Highly recommend her. If she managed to take care of me, she really is the best (and I've tried many therapists).
